L'hotel mise tout sur la piscine/jardin mais tout le reste est médiocre
Pros:

La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques, ce sont les seuls bons points de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, 17€ pour des fruits immangeables (pas murs), des produits globalement peu appétissants.
Lits inconfortables avec matelas creusés par le temps, nous avons tous les deux le dos en vrac, après un séjour de 3 nuits.
Pas de shampoing/après-shampoing, uniquement un détergent à tout faire qui décape la peau.
Mobilier de chambre étudiante.
Globalement, dans cette gamme de prix, on s'attends à mieux. Et c'était sans compter la note finale, 2 spritz pour 20€.

La seva situació. A bones distàncies de tots els llocs d’interès de la zona

Cons:

La dutxa. No es podia controlar la temperatura de sortida el que generava que el fet de dutxar-se fos molt desagradable.
El preu de l’esmorzar elevat pel que oferia.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, beaucoup de charme. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Extérieurs pleins de charme, notamment la piscine. Équipe à l'écoute et très agréable.

Sehr guter Stützpunkt für Arles, Avignon und Umgebung
Pros:

Zimmer ok, Poll umwerfend, Restaurant sehr gut, aber etwas überbewertet und etwas teuer - aber einmal kann man dort schon essen. Sehr empfehlenswert um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden!

Overall in good state of repair. Good size bedrooms.

Cons:

The rules. As soon as l arrive I am told that I should have notified time of arrival. Then, having paid for the room upfront, I have to pay upfront again for breakfast. To further add to the negativity, l am told that l should pay the their restaurant direct.
The reception closes at 20.00, more like a boarding house than a 3* hotel.
Dogs are allowed, and charged for, but there are no facilities for them. They are not allowed in the grounds, and there is nowhere nearby to take them. We stay in hotels for over a month every year, and thankfully rarely encounter this kind of minimal service; when we do it is always down to poor management and training.
Though we never actually saw any of those rarified beings.
