1.Заказывал двуспальную кровать,а кровать была из двух матрасов и дырка по середине
2.Заказали еду в номер,поели,уехали,вернулись через 4 часа в номере грязная посуда как была так и осталась

4.На второй день сделал заказ в номер,приняли не правильно заказ,перезвонили уточнили и по итогу одно блюдо все равно было не то
5.На завтраке было два куска черного хлеба,пока не попросил не принесли,хотя такого уровня отель,такие вещи не должен допускать и нужно за этим следить
6.На завтраке стоят маленькие баночки с медом,шоколадом и клубничным джемом или не знаю,что это,кто то из менеджеров пробовал это на вкус?
7.За двое суток пр уборке не пополняли воду в номере
