Хороший бюджетный отель. Своих денег стоит.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, центр рядом, вокруг в 5 минутах ходьбы есть магазинчики и кафе. Рядом хороший парк Жетису. Персонал лояльный.

Cons:

Отель немного подуставший, то дверные ручки отваливаются, то в ванне грязновато. Санузел маленький.

Bare minimum and not worth the price
Pros:

I've booked a family suit, which had two rooms and was pretty spacious. Check out was easy. Location is not the worst, but can take a while to walk places.

Cons:

My check-in was really bad. I came they gave me keys, said nothing, I open the door and it's a standard double room (I've booked a two room suit). After I've asked about it they said my room is actually not available and they are "so sorry" and that it will be available tomorrow. They offered a discount for the price difference, and the room looked bad, but I didn't had much choice so we stayed. After 1h+ they said my booked room is available so we moved. And they came to charge back the difference without any compensation for the trouble.

Regarding the suit. AC was only in the living room, was barely able to hold temperature there. And the bedroom was always very hot. The mattress in the bedroom is actually two mattresses together with a hole in the middle which was very uncomfortable. The room was also right next to the entrance and you could hear people come and go. No one ever came to do room service in 4 days. The room was also not very clean. There is a decent amount of stairs to get in and out of the hotel.

Очень комфортное и уютное место, персонал весьма доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Плюс очень удобное месторасположение. Номера чистые. Полотенца, тапочки, сейф, даже шлепанцы есть в номере

На 1-2 ночи вполне неплохой вариант за свои деньги
Pros:

Небольшой уютный номер, в нескольких минутах ходьбы до Байтерека. Кондиционер, холодильник, фен в номере, халат, полотенца, тапочки были, всё было чистым, сантехника исправная. Утюг с гладильной доской в общем доступе в холле.

Cons:

Слышимость мешала уснуть, особенно когда другие постояльцы закрывали двери. Чайника в номере нет, нужно идти за ним в общий холл. Розетки опять же возле кровати не доступны.

Pros:

観光スポットのバイテレクまで徒歩10〜15分。部屋(9階)からもバイテレクが見えました。またLRT(2026年5月開業の最寄駅まで徒歩15分強です。
広くはないが、共有スペースがあり湯沸かし器、電子レンジ、食器類があったのも良かった。

Cons:

あてがわれた部屋は受付のあるブロックと違い、チェックアウト時(朝6時)に鍵を受付に返しに行った時、建物入り口がロックされていてちょっと焦りました。

14й Номер был Рядом с выходом, на 1ом этаже, что было приятно удивлена и рада, кондер и телевизор работают в номере, есть отдельная стол и стульчик и на столе приготовили пару шт стаканов, выдали одноразовые 2шт тапочки, 2шт зубная щетка с зубной пастой, освещение в номере хорошая, кровать просторная,

Cons:

Душевая кабина, забыли предоставить мыло в ванной комнате, жидкие были в самой душевой кабине но там было не понятно, то ли шампунь то ли бальзам или гель для душа, в номере не было сушилки, а фен быстро нагревался и отключался и поэтому не стала им пользоваться дальше,
