Greta location but it was not a type of a room from Booking page ..
Pros:

Great location indeed, but this was not the room that is marketed through Booking. It was a room on the 9th floor of a block with a shared kitchen (no running water in the kitchen ::). The room and kitchen were really clean, with no disturbing noises at night, except for the sounds of cars from the road.

Cons:

didn't like the textile floor instead of the promised parquet and that the room didn't have air conditioning ....

Pros:

Nonostante le difficoltà con la lingua, lo staff è stato molto gentile. Mi hanno aiutata molto. Avevo lasciato per sbaglio un mio effetto personale e si sono preoccupate di spedirmelo immediatamente.

Good location but with some issues
Pros:

The location was so good. Many sightseeing spots in the new district, such as Baiterek or Presidential Palace, are within walking distance (around 10-15 minutes) and there are some groceries, fast food shops and liquor shops near the hotel. The room itself was clean, and refrigerator and air-conditioner worked very well.

Cons:

I booked a single room, and I was allocated to room no. 5. After taking a shower on the first day, I found that the drain in the bathroom & toilet was clogged and was flooded even after one night passed, so on the second day, I requested the reception to change rooms, and she agreed to change it, but when I packed my luggage and went to the reception again, she thought I would check-out. Then I requested her again to change rooms, but she said differently from the first time that it was impossible to change rooms. Then I further explained that I had already paid for another four nights. After this, she discussed this issue with the other older lady, which seemed to be a manager, and then they reluctantly agreed to change rooms. Such a miscommunication may have been caused partially due to that they cannot understand English and we communicated with each other by mobile phone's translation app, but I wonder how they were thinking about the money that I paid for another four nights. Also, when I make a booking, I sent a message through Booking.com site and asked them about how to reach to their hotel from the airport and also if it is possible to enjoy free late check-out on the last day, but they did not answer to me at all. The wall between rooms was not sound-proofed.
