Pros:

The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great, sitting near a shopping center complex with many restaurants in walking distance. I didn't notice any road noise while in my room. Breakfast was convenient and a good way to start the day.

EXCELENTE HOTEL
Pros:

Nos quedamos por 1 semana en Toledo, el personal super amable, super colaboradores, el punto es excelente, Había cotizado otro hotel cerca y era más caro y el punto de este hotel me encantó. Tienes restaurantes, lugares para comprar, te sirven el desayuno y es muy bueno. La pasé genial. Fuimos mi hija y yo, y se portaron como si estuvieramos en casa

Will NOT stay here again and very disappointed.

The bed was a bit more comfortable.

Cons:

Our room, room 217, was filthy dirty. We found an orange near the end of the bed, empty Celsius cans, toy cars left from a previous tenant, our sheets were very obviously never changed and we're dirty. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the island aire has so much mold and visibile that it was disgusting! We breathed that mold.all night long. There was some substance smeared on the wall of the bathroom. The check-in person spoke such little English that it was difficult to have her help us. We were very polite through it all. We won't be staying here again and I don't recommend this site.
