Pros:

The hotel have good vibe. Dinner was delicious..
The young lady on the reception, forgot to ask her name, was very helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

I have a room located in very busy road.
The bathroom wasn't clean properly, specially shower was full of hair

Tranquilo, sin improvisaciones.
Pros:

Me gusto mucho el lugar, nos dieron una habitación doble muy privadas y muy bien localizadas. El espacio es perfecto si viajas por negocio o por placer. La cena y el desayuno estuvieron muy buenos. Totalmente de acuerdo a la tarifa que se paga.

Niet slecht maar ik zou uitkijken naar een ander hotel dat een meer volledige service biedt.
Pros:

De netheid en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. Het personeel was behulpzaam en altijd vriendelijk.

Cons:

In de kamer was het moeilijk om de airco af te stellen en die was erg luidruchtig. In de badkamer noch in de kamer vonden wij glazen. Er was één klein flesje water voor twee gasten op de kamer.
We misten kleerhangers.

Good shower (hot water, good pressure).
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast and dinner are nice.
We were with 1 year old baby. They served food for baby for free. They also have a high chair, that makes quite comfortable to have a meal.

Cons:

During the booking they said that they have a crib for baby, but unfortunately don’t. And they never had it, so for me it’s unclear why they put this option on booking.

They can’t debit money from the card specified at the time of booking. You need to pay by card or by cash when you arrive.

Excelente relación calidad/precio y atención/servicio impecable

Tanto la cena como el desayuno (incluidos en la tarifa) están muy buenos. El personal extremadamente amable, los meseros rápidos y eficientes. En general Wayak superó mis expectativas en relación calidad-precio. Sin duda volvería a quedarme si necesito un lugar céntrico y con excelente precio en Managua.

Cons:

Mejoraría la cama porque la sentí muy bajita, la ropa de cama no era la mejor, aunque todo estaba muy limpio. También los productos de aseo personal no son tan buenos (solo había un empaque sachet de shampoo 2 en 1 y un jaboncito), excepto el papel higiénico que si estaba muy bien.
