Pros:

Close to town- hard to get in and out with traffic though.

Cons:

I paid quite a bit and was stuck in a handicapped room… beds were basically on the floor.

Pros:

The location near the airport and the breakfast

Cons:

In our second night, front desk gave another guest our room; fortunately they didn’t get it but it was very scary and uncomfortable. Front desk staff didn’t even apologize after this mix up.

I was there
Pros:

The facility has been updated since last stayed there. New mgt is an upgrade.

Cons:

The property is fine. The “free” breakfast is not good. I’d drop it but eliminate the charge to park. The rates are very high now (Fairfield was once affordable) and to add a charge for surface parking when you stay there is not good

Pros:

Great location literally 4 min drive from the airport & 2 min drive from the mall 15 min walk. Staff were very lovely & helpful. The breakfast selection was one of the best I’ve seen in a long time for a buffet at a more affordable hotel.

Clean friendly staff

Cons:

We did an early check-in so that we could use the pool came almost 3 hours. One way went to go on the pool and the pool water was completely dirty and cloudy we could not go in. I google if it’s OK to go in cloudy pool water and I said it’s very dangerous pool not being maintained. The elevator broke and I have two bad knees and had to climb the steps. The breakfast buffet was not up to poor as it usually is in these hotels as I stay at this chain all the time I. There was very little to choose from. It’s very rare for me to complain but there were way too many issues with this stay bed was good pillows were awful lumpy could not sleep.

I will definitely choose this location during my next visit to Tampa.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the airport. The entire staff,from the front desk staff to the maintenance staff, was extremely helpful.

Incredibly noisy air conditioning even through ear plugs
The brown decor - looked like it was from the 1980s, despite assurances that the place had been recently renovated
The breakfast was abysmal - and the WASTE! All food, plastic and paper cups, cutlery and plates in the bin together. Tragic attitude to environmental conservation
Waited thirty minutes for the shuttle bus before giving up and paying for a taxi on arrival
The price was astronomical given the quality of experience
