Airport shuttle, free breakfast was really good
Mold in bathroom, long wait for shuttle
This was an amazing stay,we would definitely recommend and stay again. The staff was fantastic, the rooms were clean , had a microwave and small fridge, we even got an early check-in as they had a room ready. The location is great, 20 minute walk to target, Walmart and Burlington coat factory,

It was close to airport
It had garbage outside my room. The room had a dirty rag hanging over the shower curtain where the curtain didn't fit the shower so water ran over and soaked the floor. I didn6like i was charged for the room off what was supposed to be for insedentials and for parking when I had no car to park.
Location was great and easy to access from the airport. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant. I had a sweet and it was lovely to have that extra space. I thought it was was very clean. The noise level was surprisingly quiet and the service and amenities were wonderful. I want to shout out to Beverly at the front desk for her help and for excellent customer service. I came in on a redeye and she did everything she could to get me into a room as quickly as possible I could rest. I appreciated the breakfast and the sewing kit. I would definitely recommend this place again.
The first room they gave me was not cleaned from the last guest. I did not get a room until 7 pm. I was tired from driving and needed to rest. This hotel was very disappointing!!!
Close to town- hard to get in and out with traffic though.
I paid quite a bit and was stuck in a handicapped room… beds were basically on the floor.
The location near the airport and the breakfast
In our second night, front desk gave another guest our room; fortunately they didn’t get it but it was very scary and uncomfortable. Front desk staff didn’t even apologize after this mix up.
The facility has been updated since last stayed there. New mgt is an upgrade.
The property is fine. The “free” breakfast is not good. I’d drop it but eliminate the charge to park. The rates are very high now (Fairfield was once affordable) and to add a charge for surface parking when you stay there is not good
