Muito bom
Pros:

A hospitalidade de todos os funcionários, principalmente das gurias da cozinha. O café da manhã é muito bom. Recepcionistas muito solícitos e educados.

Pros:

A localização é boa pq ficar na rua das Hortências é perto de tudo .
Hotel simples e antigo . Café básico mas sempre tinha 3 frutas .

Cons:

Achei banheiro frio / toalhas nada macias / tapetes no corredor e escadas para quem tem renite é desconfortável e eu não reparei isso nas fotos . Então tomei antialérgico para não ter problemas

Estada razoável, pelo que oferecem,uma diária para um casal deveri ser pelo menis uns 30% mais barato.
Pros:

A cama posso dizer que era boa.
O quarto era espaçoso mas normal com uma tv normal, nada que mereça grande elogio.
O café da manhã era bom.

Cons:

Percebemos que a limpeza que era feita não era das melhores, em especial no banheiro.

Hotel Vista do Vale.
Pros:

Da limpeza e organização, tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso, chuveiro sensacional bem quentinho. Café da manhã muito saboroso! A empatia é educação do rapaz da recepção e demais funcionários.

Cons:

A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, é um pouquinho longe das principais atrações da cidade, tais como o lago negro, a igreja de pedra, rua coberta etc... O trânsito em Gramado, é caótico nessa epoca do ano também, mas enfim, nesse último item o hotel não tem culpa alguma, foi só um alerta pra quem deseja visitar a cidade!

Bom custo-benefício para viagens a trabalho
Pros:

Achei um ótimo hotel custo-benefício para hospedagens a trabalho. Para lazer, tem muitas opções superiores na cidade. Mas a localização é boa, o quarto é amplo, chuveiro bom. Vale bastante pois o preço é bem atrativo.

Hotel antigo, quarto com móveis antigos, café da manhã razoável, com opções básicas.
