A large room balcony with amazing view
The rooms needs renovation to become the best hotel in Mirissa
Hotel is ok, though needs some refreshing. The bed is comfortable and air condition works well and quiet. The biggest advantage is that you just cross the street and are on a lovely beach. Breakfast is a bit poor but still ok. Hotel stuff od nice and helpful. Overall is ok but a bit pricy though i get that you pay mostly for location.

The hot water in the shower wasn’t working. The water pressure in the toilet wasn’t working. The bathroom is very rundown. Breakfast food was too basic. Otherwise it was an ok place but you can get a much much MUCH better deal with $90 a night in Mirissa.
The room was clean, quiet and had a sea view.
Staffs were really nice and helpful. Took extra care of food during breakfast for our toddler. appreciate it.
Doesn't have a lift. Not a good option for someone with knee pain or for wheechair users.
Location was excellent
Lift not operational, no safe in room, hot water intermittent, also requested a 04:30,wake-up call to go to the airport and then never arrived until nearer 04:50.
Attitude of the staff was not at all professional. There was no welcoming or greeting from the staff. After arriving they just asked for passports. I was surprised and asked them are you truly Srilankan hotel??? Because I had been traveling from Colombo, Sigriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella and never faced this kind of unpleasant experience. There was heavy showering outside and I travelled almost 200 km to reach here and I was really upset. Thereafter they just prepared the hotel bill for one night stay and asked me to pay. I was with my wife and son who is just 3 years old.

Really nice hotel. Across the road is the main beach of Mirissa. Convenient location, restaurants, bars within walking distance.
Very nice view from the terrace of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Breakfasts are the same, but you will find something to choose from.
Nice staff, always helped with all questions. I have stayed in different places in Mirissa and this hotel is one of the best options.

This place was insane as the room and the balcony facing the sea were really big. Nice location and close to the restaurants. I just feel that the breakfast could have been better though. Overall, nice experience, welcoming staff and we wish we did an extra night in Mirissa.
They should improve the breakfast but other than that no complaints at all.
