Cons:

The bath/shower set up was weird. Very ackward for my wife and I who are 70. The shower stem is installed so that shower head could not be angled downward. The shampoo rack is situated in a poor location... One bumps into it constantly when showering. The shower screen is too small, so the bathroom floor gets very wet. There are no rails to hold on to when stepping out out a slippery bath with an inclined surface.
