トータル的には満足
Pros:

ウェルカムシャンパンがあった。飲食店にも近く便利だった。

Cons:

飲屋街が近いので、外はいつまでも騒がしい。窓を閉めていれば気にはならないが(換気していると酔って陽気な人達のバッチリ聞こえてくる)
