Pros:

I asked to send parcels to the hotel before my arrival and they immediately agreed and it was waiting for me on arrival. Easy and staff super nice. Great service. The hotel is located next to a large shopping center which is great. Pratical system to call for a cab even when reception is closed

Overall the stay was pleasant and we were happy with the amenities
Pros:

Location was handy to public transport into Suncorp Stadium.
The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a strong odour in the bathroom. The floor waste drain appeared to be completely dry thus letting the smell penetrate the room.

Pros:

Good location for accessing shops and getting around. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Parking could be an issue depending on when you arrive or how booked out the apartments are. If you arrive and there is no parking available in the underground carpark then your alternative is street parking which is also very limited.
