I stay at the apartment for three hours. Arrived late at night from work and leave early. Not worthy
Pros:

Nice building on the outside. easy to go to the parking first and then us ethe lift to access to the apartment. Easy way to do it.

Cons:

toilet location wasn't great way to design; I had to walk to the other side of the apartment room to go to the loo and the walk back to my room to the other side of the apartment rooms.

The shower door hinge, aluminium rail on the ground a couple of tiles (tiles were mainly ok)had a big built up mold and gunk mound.

A delightful three day stay.
Pros:

It was the ideal location for our requirements to Chermside and Kedron Wavell RSL. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The toilet seat was fixed without delay.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great to see a sink in the room.

Cons:

Minor issue - Rubbish bin under sink was wider than 1 door length, had to open both cupboard doors to put something in the bin.
