Very enjoyable and made our stay stress free. Very happy.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room as excellent for me and my 2 teenage boys. awesome for downtime and right next to a major shopping Centre, with entertainment and great food. Definitely will be staying again! Thanks team at the quest Chermside on playfield.

Pour une arrivée en fin de journée sur brisbane très bon emplacement près d’un westfield avec des restaurants ouverts tard. La chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, accueil sympathique

Clean, comfortable, accessible and affordable. Good value for money.
Pros:

The apartment was so well maintained and equipped. It had everything we needed for a four-night stay. Extra pillows and towels and immaculately clean (and I'm a clean freak!). I like that the reception desk was staffed by friendly, helpful and approachable people. I love the taxi call button! I was a little stressed as to how easy it would be to get a Taxi to the airport on a Monday morning. The staff assured me that the taxi button would be very responsive. YES! 10 min later a Taxi came to pick me up! Such a sensible idea.

Cons:

It was annoying that the TV in in the main bedroom of 103, wasn't working (sorry I forgot to tell reception staff about that). I didn't like that for a 4-night stay there was one dishwasher tablet and one sachet of dish liquid. This meant that we had to seek out more, as it wasn't replaced the next day, by housekeeping, as we expected it would be. I was annoyed that there was not a recyclable bin/tub in the apartment for cans, bottles and paper. We created our own from a paper shopping bag. But then we couldn't find a recycle bin outside, or in the carport/garage! Don't put up signs in the bathroom saying Quest is environmentally conscious, so guests, please reduce your clean towel requests, if the apartment doesn't actively encourage recycling!
