We were in town for a funeral and coming back to our own space was a great relief.
Pros:

Grab and go bar near reception was a big help as local cafes do not open ‘til 9.00. Selection was good being brad for toasting, cereal, small fruit, butter, uht milk, spreads and a coffee machine. Vending machines near by for other drinks. Room was very spacious with a washing machine and drier and a dish washer.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs.

the absolute worst hotel stay we have ever had, at 2am i was online looking for other accomodation
Pros:

nothing went well, from check in to check out, this facility was horrific

Cons:

checking in, took longer than neccesary, with the staff memember NEEDING to explain in great detail the reason for EVERY SINGLE THING she was doing, reglardless of the fact that we werent questioning her on anything, i actually had to stop her and tell her i didnt need to know, why shes asking any of the extremly standard questions.
28 minutes after arriving at the reception desk she eventually got keys for us
the room was dirty and smelled like rotten fish, on a rainy day the external doors were left open so the rain was coming in
the bed was like lumps of concrete
one functioning lift, we waited 18 minutes for it to arrive, then went and tried to find stairs as it was full.
the cleaner came on day 2 and said she was going to clean the room, so we collected our clothes from the bathroom and put in our laundry bag.
when we got back there was water on the floor by the door, the kitchen bench was still dirty, some crumbs that had dropped at the table were still on the carpet and the bed was not made
before i left, i had dropped my face cream in the basin, it splattered a fair bit, i cleaned some up, but ran out of tissues, as there were no cleaning cloths, i told her this as we left, the tissues were not replaced and mess was still there when we got back - she had not entered the bathroom at all as my loofer was still in the same place, it would have needed to be moved to clean the shower/bath

Immaculate room, excellent staff, early check-in. Walking distance to Westfield Chermside and 15 minutes from Brisbane airport.

Pros:

Customer service was excellent. Facilities were clean and so close to all shops

Only feedback was the bin for all the rubbish for all the apartments were small residential bins but my overall stay was amazing

Will stay here again - easy checkin, great price, great staff, right next door to Chermside for food
Cons:

I am a travelling musician, so blackout curtains are essential.
I finish work late, and get to sleep about 3am.
The curtains let in a lot of light on the sides, which woke me up earlier than I would have wanted.
If they were wider, and completely covered the windows, it would have been a perfect stay.
Everything else was perfect - I'm just being picky because I work very late.

Clean, comfortable, good location, close to dining choices, happy we stayed.
Pros:

Greeted by a very friendly young lady at reception. Signing in was effortless. We were given all the information we needed and good recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable, very handy location and good area to get away for an early flight the next day.
