Cons:

The front office team rejected the confirmation and turned our request down for a room.
The explanation given was that , though Booking .com had confirmed , hotel has not accepted the confirmation.
This had shaken confidence of me and my collogues on the Booking site itself

Pathetic rooms.!!!

Cons:

It was a disaster. I booked the stay after going through pictures. But the room allocated was pathetic. Lighting was totally dull. Walls had dampened & fungus. AC never worked. It had cockroaches. It was injustice for the amount, trust on booking.com.
