Pros:

I checked in and out probably 15 minutes after that. The room was dirty, the bathroom was awful. I booked for 4 days but i did not stay any nights. Be careful when you book this facility because the review and photos provides, somewhat kind of misleading.

As a regular customer, I'm disapointed...

Location is perfect for me...

Cons:

Room condition is NOT as advertised... I've upgraded my room to deluxe on my second stay... unfortunately, the room is the same as superior room... exactly the same... no bigger room... no city view... nothing like the photos nor description as per advertised... so why do I have to pay more??? Btw, I've complaint to the front desk... and the staff simply encourage me to complaint to the top management...

Location is near the famous nightlife of mangga besar.

Cons:

The hot water shower is not consistently hot or warm. Suddenly hot and suddenly cold.
The room has no window and very2 basic.
On the 2nd day the TV channels disappeared.
Towels were a bit old.

i bet they didn't wash the towel, it's smelled so badly! the bed is not clean too, i found a lot of insects in the room

眺望ありの部屋にしました。全体的にコスパが良いです。Wifiも強いしお湯もでる。問題なしです。朝食がロビー前なのですが、席が少ないかな。
