All went well but the most amazing thing where the staff they are so polite and perfect
Sadly disappointed but hopeful
This was so conflicting! on the books its one of the best resorts out there, but when i went and experienced, some things just need to be addressed. For reference i payed close to 300$ USD a night for a small cabin (bed, kitchenette and shower room)
1- First interaction was a shock that the parking was not indeed “free” as my papers and Hotels.com says. Rather they said it was a separate company and we needed to pay for the 3 days stay. 10$ maybe, but i dont like to be lied to.
2- Staff/Service: if it wasn’t for the amazing ppl i would’ve rated lower. They were incredibly nice and helpful
3- what kind of hotel/ resort and a private cabin mind you doesn’t have a blow drier? A toothbrush cup, im not saying get me the toothbrush and toothpaste and small toiletries that every 3 star hotel has, just hmmm. Also, shampoo, conditioner (non existent) and shower gel were or really low quality. Some towels were outright dirty too!
4- layout: the room was spacious, and well lit. HOWEVER, the bathroom wasn’t. I have no idea how any person would put makeup on in that dimmed room. Maybe it’s for aesthetic but damn i wanna see if i have something on my teeth! The greatest disappointment was that the top was open, meaning the walls on the roof side of the cabin are not all the way up. So if godforbids u need to do # 2, you will have to sleep with the smell in the whole room!
5- THE FOOD and Kitchenette
Okay the breakfast was BOMB we loved it.

On arrival (Sunday) the hotel was busy with 100’s of day visitors. You can’t checkin till 6pm but we were given a pass and made ourselves comfortable.
At 4.30-5pm it was like a mass exodus and everyone left.
We were kindly escorted to our bungalow, which was lovely. Small jacuzzi at the front, sofa seating area and a table and bench. The room is one room, with circular bed and shower/ toilet behind the wall.
Challenge was all restaurants and bars shut from the Sunday so you had to order room service for everything you wanted. No bar to sit at or restaurant to enjoy. Menu is limited but for the 3 days we ate we did ok. Although they didn’t have part of what was offered.
Staff were polite but spoke little English, they didn’t accept credit cards to settle the room bill so had to get dollars.
After the Sunday all rubbish was just left by the pool. All sun beds were being removed and put away so limited places to sit. Changing rooms and toilets were used to store loungers and chairs, so had to go hack to your bungalow.
Were not made aware of this and despite the lovely location and settings missed out on enjoy the venue. There were around 6 other people there and they were not made aware of the shutting down either. Shame as weather was still in the 30’s

Отель специализируется на дневном однодневном отдыхе, и поэтому с 10 утра до 5 вечера отель наполнен отдыхающими(отдыхают в основном ливанцы), но это только в плюс - в бассейне для молодежи играет диджей , что создает великолепную атмосферу.В отдельном соседнем бассейне отдыхают семьи с детьми. На территории большое количество различных бассейнов с морской водой. Бассейны в номерах небольшие, но очень приятные и чистые.После 6 вечера жизнь в отеле замирает и это создает неповторимую ауру тишины и отдыха. Реальное обслуживание номеров 24 часа.Неплохой WIFI.При отъезде попросили позднее выселение - предоставили без доплаты.
До небольшого городка Дамур минут 10 спокойного шага. Здесь есть супермаркеты, фруктовые лавки и сувениры. Ходили в ресторан, но в отеле качество еды лучше.
Из минусов. Кто привык купаться в море, то этот отель не для вас. Море грязное и плохой вход(все компенсируется бассейнами с морской водой). Номерам и мебели в номерах требуется ремонт.

-The Cleaning Issue is a big problem at Janna Sur Mer, whether inside the bungalow (floor,pillows,blanket) or the dirty bed near the pool. 3 star hotels are cleaner, they need to work improving the way they clean everything.
-It is mentioned that the price includes the parking,but it doesn't. There is no separate parking for bungalows renters ; this may lead confusion to parking staff whether the client should pay parking if he left and came back or no, thus the client may end up paying double parking without knowing he shouldn't.
-Welcome to Burkini, where it is allowed for people wearing Burkini to swim next to you, it's like they are telling you to go out of water.
There is lady only resort next to Janna Sur Mer , therefore they shouldn't allow any client wearing other than regular swimwear to enter the pool.
For such amount paid, one can definitely find a better resort.
