Disappointing attitude from the restaurant
Pros:

The hotel was adequate and breakfast was good

Cons:

We were caught in traffic and were running late but we’re desperate to have a good dinner having left home at 6 am. The info said the restaurant would stop serving at 9 pm so we rang to ask if it was at all possible for them to still serve us if we were late and were reassured they would let the kitchen know. We entered the hotel at exactly 9 pm but it was a 2 mins walk to the restaurant. When we arrived the staff weee sitting eating there dinner and we were only able to have something off the bar menu. The salad bar was still set up but we weren’t allowed to have any of it(we expect it went in the bin) and the staff were not very engaging with us. A shame

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Wald. Das Personal war meist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer oder zumindest ein Fliegengitter. Der Beton heizt sich stark auf und durch den Wald jede Menge Mücken, keine gute Kombi.

Fijne oase langs de bosrand met topontbijt vlakbij Keulen
Pros:

Wat een fantastisch ontbijtbuffet is hier! Echt aan te raden! Heerlijk ruim en licht congres-hotel langs de rand van een bosgebied en maar 20 minuten van luchthaven Keulen. Desondanks geen vlieglawaai in de nacht. Het beschikt ook over voordelige éénpersoonskamers. Schoon en modern ingericht. In de kelder is een zwembad en een fitnessruimte. Op verzoek kan de sauna worden aangezet. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Dat ik maar één nacht kon blijven. 😉

Pros:

Calme . Entouré de forêts .Chambre confortable . La piscine est grande
Le personnel est très sympathique .

Cons:

Le prix de petit déjeuner n’est indiqué nul part .il est de 19€ .et est un peu élevé .quand on réserve on ne le sait pas

Otel şehirden biraz uzak, sessiz bir köy/kasaba içinde. Etraf orman, yürümek mümkün.
Otopark sorunu yok.
Kahvaltı mekanı şirin.

Eau 75 cl.

Pas assez de pression pour la douche.
Gels pas faciles à utiliser. Paroi de douche idem.
Liseuse de lit bouton à réparer.
Impossible d'éteindre l'entrée depuis le lit.

Hotel est à 5 minutes du parc Koingforst, super pratique

Cons:

Petit déj complet.
La chambre 132 est très petite et les fenêtres donnent directement sur le bâtiment en face et le parking . Je suis obligé de garder les rideaux fermés, cela a fait une chambre très petite et sombre. Sdb très serrée même pour un adulte d' 1m60
