Really really bad experience.
Pros:

Nothing! The property was at pathetic state. Really Bad smell, unhygienic rooms, bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Everything! The property is not suitable for anyone especially for family. Room floor and bathroom was dirty, and had a very bad odour.

There are 200 hotels on mall road. Book somewhere else.
Pros:

The kitchen and food was good.

Cons:

The housekeeping was horrible. Torn pillow covers, used and dirty quill covers and bedshy. Big fat spider in the room. They did not even keep a soap in the washroom and when I complained they took it so lightly like it doesn't matter. No soap, towel was provided. We had to ask for everything. Horrible stay.

Everything was good except that cap wala person. He needs to learn some manners.
Cons:

All the facilities were okay except they didn’t provide us with slippers even after asking and the cap person who sits in the reception doesn’t have manners to talk to his customers.
