Great kitchenette area in the room with sink, micro, big fridge not tiny, and nicey furnished. Bed wasn't the best, but not bad either. Wonderful breakfast!

Pros:

Room was clean. Room keys had to be rekeyed to work properly - a bit of a hassle with full hands and after a long day. The soda machine wouldn’t take a certain bill for some reason so had to get cash. The barking dog was annoying but happed prior to bedtime, thankfully. The hotel was nice and clean.

The bed was too hard for me. Mattress seemed to be wearing out. Staff was great. Need a pancake machine at breakfast it would be nice
Thank you for putting us near the side door for our dogs very considerate. I think the previous dogs may have urinated on the bed skirt. I dogs seemed very interested in the smell.

Check in was smooth. Nadia at the desk was so friendly and helpful - my husband couldn’t climb the stairs easily and she offered to carry luggage. But that wasn’t good enough. She was out of rooms on the first floor (no elevator) but offered a pets-allowed room. She let me examine it and it was perfectly fine, and on the first floor. Perfect!
She recommended two places for dinner and gave great directions to both. We went to The Den and had a great meal, again with sweet, friendly staff.
Back at the room we needed to do laundry and it was just a few doors from our room. Nadia supplied quarters for our bills and GAVE US laundry soap and dryer sheets! WOW.
SO, a great experience. Right off I 15 and close to gas stations and good restaurants. We are happy.
