Établissement vieillissant, mal entretenu. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, les toilettes cassées, service restauration insatisfaisant. Tarif excessif pour la prestation offerte.
Hotel sauber und ordentlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurant und Mitarbeiter super. Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels sehr gut.
Die Grenze zum Strand. Die Mauer und der Zugang hätten eine Renovierung nötig.
Patrick was brilliant ! So helpful and pleasant. We were almost the only guests due to the war so it is a very difficult time for everyone.

We booked this hotel as we needed 8 days accommodation before our delayed flight home to the UK because of the middle east crisis. The room was fabulous, lots of space, decent furniture and storage, great aircon and lovely bathroom. Wifi was good too. Staff and management were very attentive and friendly. Pool is great, food was superb and lots of it. The hotel sits on the beach. you can't swim on this coast but the sand is golden and you can sunbathe both at the hotel and on the beach. The hotel sits in a fairly quiet area between Negombo and Colombo and we were able to get to both cities by Uber for around £5. There are shops half a mile away which we walked to easily on several occasions for a few snacks and extra provisions. Great value for money. We would highly recommend.
Everything was great. They might need a few more sun loungers when the hotel is busier but we were fine.

Leider war der undichte Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad, 4 Wochen nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt, immer noch nicht repariert.
Te weinig personeel maar de jongen die daar werkte was heel vriendelijk.

Lite intimt hotell, kun 10 rom. Perfekt plassert i forhold til flyplassen. Hotellet ordnet med transport. God mat, hyggelig betjening. Flott basseng. Fine og romslige rom
Ingen fasiliteter i området og egner seg best for korte opphold eller om du vil ha det veldig rolig.
Nach langem Flug eine Wohltat sich von Patrick umsorgen zu lassen.

It was my second time at Beach Boutique and both of the times it was to attend another event nearby. So basically i spent the night only. But its met my expectations to the fullest. The room was clean and the hotel is not over crowded. Great room and the cleanliness is commendable.
Cant compaint about anything. The place is quite serene and met my expectations.
Hotel je prelep, vendar je okolica neurejena in v bližini ni ne restavracij ne barov, plaža je umazana, tako da je treba biti samo v hotelu.
