Pros:

タオルがどうしたらこうなるのか、というくらい汚く黒ずんでいます。シャワーからお湯は出ますが水勢はないです。シャンプー、リンスはありません。
Blok Mに近く良いですが、間に横断出来ない専用バスレーンがあり、地下連絡通路を利用します。夜9時を過ぎると治安面からかゲート閉鎖するので大回りして帰る必要があります。

I was annoyed with bugs inside the room. Amenities are minumum, A/C doesn't get cool and safe box was not working...

old hotel and poor maintenance
Pros:

stayed 3 days and 2 nights with my family. when we first step into the lift there was a bad smell . the room was small and the toilet and fridge was not working. inform the hotel staffs and was quickly repaired. the only good about this hotel it was near to Blok M square where we found alot of good stuffs. apart from that we wouldnt go back there again.

Pros:

タクシーにカバンを忘れてしまい、途方にくれてしまいました。携帯電話とスーツケースの鍵とドキュメントが入っていました。フロントとベルボーイの方が、色々と調べてくれ、なんと、みつけてくれて手元に戻りました。感謝、感謝しています。
月曜日の夕方は、無料の食料配給をホテルの前で行っているそうで、黒山の人々に気をとられたのが私の失敗でした。
ホテルは、快適で朝食も満足しました。

I don't know what to say.
Pros:

The Good:
- The excellent staff at desk and front door are always helpful. The helped preserve some of this hotel's reputation.
- The bars on the same street were unexpectedly vibrant and I was actually surprised at some of the venues. Single guys, go see for yourself. (D's Place)
- Blok M Square and bus station are a 3 minute walk with all the shopping and eating you need. Starbucks and People's Cafe were my daily stops.
-Convenience shop just outside the hotel to the left, and ATM just across the street.
-Breakfast is okay, more like dinner and dessert. Could benefit from a trendy chef's recommendation.

The Bad:
- First night, the toilet didn't work. I notified front desk, and it was fixed when I returned.
- The last night, I killed a roach spotted on the couch!
- Shower curtains look very worn with some stains. They should be replaced.
- A rubber floor molding should be placed at bathroom there...the suite has an a small step which cannot be seen...you toes will feel it.
