The hotel unilaterally canceled my reservation.
Pros:

We reserved a room at this hotel through hotels.com. On the day of arrival, I recived a text message from the hotel asking me if I intended to arrive that day or not. I texted back taht I will. They texted back confirming my response. When we arrived at the property, I was told that my booking was canceled because I arrived late (at about 7:15 pm). I argued that I was never informed of the policy of late arrival but to no avail. Hence, I had to find another hotel to stay that night.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

We enjoyed both of our stays at this hotel Aamir Malik was outstanding. He helped to arrange a trip for us to the White desert for a few days plus the rail tickets and other sightseeing in Ahmedabad- all with a smile. We would rate him 11 out of 10.
