Vriendelijke eigenaar, goed bed, goede douche. Voor de lage prijs voldeed dit zeker aan de verwachtingen.
's ochtends werd ik wakker van een luid gebrom van een apparaat. Ik weet niet wat het was. Het was luid, hield even aan en na een tijdje hield het weer op.

Trappen tot naar boven, voor mij geen probleem maar voor wie probleem in de knie heeft better laten weten bij de aankoop....een een doekje voor de badkamer nodig.

A great location, ideal for a visit to Leeuwarden. Basic accommodation, good value for money.
There was no soap in the toilets or showers. A bar of soap wouldn't go a miss, for washing your hands with.

The price/quality ratio is unbeatable. For what I paid, I got a nice, clean room at the center of Leeuwarden with access to well-kept, tidy shared bathroom facilities. Staff were polite and efficient. Place was quiet by night so I had no trouble sleeping. I would gladly book there again whenever I come back to the city.
No serious complaints really. If I were to nitpick something, I guess complimentary toiletries would have been nice; that's always much appreciated, as they allow carrying less stuff of your own.
