Very extensive, feels like a big waste

Cons:

No towels in the room, no one answered when called the reception
Then went to the reception and requested towels
On return only one toilet left in the room and it was very old rag like towel

Un service souriant et irréprochable, une ambiance détente et luxe, bref un excellent moment.
Pros:

L’ensemble des équipement, le service, l’ambiance générale, le spa est super également malgré les travaux très bruyant.la literie est excellente , et la propreté de la chambre est irréprochable, avec une décoration de bon goût .

Cons:

Le fait que l’hôtel soit en travaux, que cela ne n’a jamais été évoqué pendant la réservation, le cache échafaudage blanc n’est pas super pendant qu’on profite de la piscine.

Je reçois un message le jour même de mon arrivée pour me dire que l’hôtel est en travaux et qu’il allait ya voir du bruit ça aurait été bien de le savoir avant
La piscine intérieure qui devait être chauffée était froide
Réclamation faite a l’hôtel restée sans réponse
J’ai demandé une facture en partant qu’on devait m’envoyer dans la journée et rien : je déconseille car pas sérieux

Beautiful hotel. Under construction. Check in staff needs updating.

Great rooms and bathroom. The lobby is divine. The construction going on was a little annoying. This was not told to us during the booking. The location is great next to the mall with great panorama restaurant and carrefour. The staff were stuck up. I had requested close rooms initially they told us the rooms only one was ready. Once we came back from dinner the rooms were on opposite ends, 15 minute walk. Breakfast was amazing. Outdoor pool area was very clean.

Cons:

Construction. Attitude of check in staff. The indoor pool is very chlorinated.

This is a good location and the pools are nice and perfect if you just want to sit in the sun.

Positief is wel dat de locatie uitstekend is, de kamers ruim zijn en de faciliteiten goed zijn

Tijdens mijn verblijf was er helaas sprake van veel lawaaioverlast vanwege verbouwings- en uitbreidingswerkzaamheden. Daarnaast verliep het reserveringsproces erg onprofessioneel.

Mijn oorspronkelijke reservering werd door het hotel zelf geannuleerd, waarna ik een nieuwe boeking heb gemaakt. Bij aankomst werd mij gevraagd waarom ik twee reserveringen had. Ik heb toen de geannuleerde boeking laten zien en uitgelegd dat ik alleen reisde en dus slechts één kamer nodig had.

Uiteindelijk heeft de medewerker mij toch de eerder geannuleerde kamer toegewezen, terwijl de kamer die ik daadwerkelijk had gereserveerd als “no show” werd geregistreerd. Hierdoor is er twee keer een bedrag van mijn creditcard afgeschreven.

De volgende ochtend heb ik hierover gesproken met de directeur ( Egyptische man) en iemand van de financiële afdeling. Zij erkenden de fout en verzekerden mij dat het teveel betaalde bedrag zou worden teruggestort. Omdat ik direct naar de luchthaven moest vertrekken, ben ik op goed vertrouwen weggegaan. Tot op heden heb ik echter nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen en moet ik bij ieder telefoongesprek opnieuw het hele verhaal uitleggen.
