Breakfast was amazing. Staff were really good and helpful however the service was slow for al carte drinks and food.

The suite was great size with two spaces, two bathrooms, lovely walk in closet and balcony. Rich breakfast with lots of variety and good quality. Location is ideal for a resort feel but close to the Medina, tourist attractions and airport. Taxis were there available on the spot, helpful staff.
Lots of little problems with the room and service just kept piling up. We had booked the room for 4 people and when we checked in there was only one double bed made. The fridge wasn’t working, but reception sent a technician, AC was set on heat during a heatwave and technician came again, the bathroom water was running brown one day (due to maintenance issues throughout the property), bathroom plumbing needs an update. But reception were helpful (when they spoke English).
Location is good
The hotel had ongoing works, there was noise, the interior of the rooms is a bit old, the breakfast is very crowded. After weeks I am still waiting for my invoice, which was promised to be sent by email at checkout!
