Nous apprécions énormément cet endroit,cela fait plusieurs années que nous y séjournons avec notre petite chienne qui est très bien accueillie.
Tout est très bien : l'emplacement, l'équipement,la nourriture et le personnel avec une mention particulière à Norbert 😉

La ubicación, cama cómoda, baño grande.

Très bon petit déjeuner, surtout les oranges pressées fraîches. Hôtel près des cols pour les cyclistes. Personnel à l'accueil adorable. Piscine intérieure appréciable.

Separate parking spots for motorcycles! Friendly staff at reception/bar. Room was of decent size and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. Visited the place at the end of their season.

Goed hotel op loopafstand van centrum.

Goede kamer voor een zeer zacht prijsje

Cons:

De omschrijving van booking.com dat parkeren eenvoudig is klopt vaak niet. Nu hadden wij het geluk dat er vlakbij het hotel een auto voor ons vertrok dus konden we daar parkeren anders was het straat parkeren waar het erg druk was.

Really disappointing stay. I arrived by bike expecting to eat in the restaurant after a long (100km+) day of riding my bicycle through the Pyrenees. On arrival at 1800 I was told they had no availability in the restaurant. It was a Sunday evening and there was nowhere else to obtain food. The only thing they could offer was peanuts and crisps. Reception staff were polite but incredibly inhospitable, unable to even provide bread or any form of real food. The breakfast the next day was incredibly well stocked and very few people (I saw 6 people) in attendance. If you wish to eat with your stay here, book well in advance!

Perfect stop for us, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Pros:

Stayed in the 2 bed apartment, motorcycle trip, great space, a little cold with heating not on!

Cons:

Great space, although very open plan.
A lot of Flys around the bar and restaurant… should have been addressed. Great food in the restaurant. Good wine selection!

La chambre était confortable. Le personnel était très sympa et à l'écoute. Bons repas et bons petits-déjeuners.

Cons:

La piscine était un peu froide et beaucoup de choses sont à "réparer" (sauna, jacuzzi, moquette, salle de bain)...
