Tolle Lage, aber leider ein recht durchwachsenes Hotel mit einigen Dingen, die nicht akzeptabel sind

Gute Badezimmer, einzigartige Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

sehr kurzes und schmales Bett, das sehr weich war. Man hat die Federn gespürt. Das finde ich, geht gar nicht Schon gar nicht auf diesem Preisniveau. Wir haben auch gegessen am Abend. Die Portionen waren sehr klein und für den Preis zu teuer.

Lage und Suite immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer vom
Zimmer aus und Sonnenuntergang

Cons:

Die Signale vom Leuchtturm während des Nebels, alle 10 Sekunden, leider die ganze Nacht. Natürlich verständlich, trotzdem laut.

Viele “nicht” Hotelgäste schon am frühen Morgen auf dem Gelände, die teilweise ziemlich laut waren.

Pros:

Location was lovely. Looking out over the Atlantic would take a bit of beating. We were lucky with the weather. Really don't understand why this hotel only has a 3 star rating.

Pleasant stay but hotel is a bit run down.
Pros:

The hotel is well located if you want to see Lands End. At one time it must have been a really nice hotel, now although the communal areas were nice the rooms could do with an update. The breakfast, while plentiful, was a buffet affair, I felt that the hotel could have had the cooked element of the breakfast as being ordered and served. A total buffet breakfast does not say quality to me.

Cons:

I thought that the entertainment area at the back of the hotel spoilt the overall look of the hotel. I also thought that making guests pay for parking was a bit much. I can see you would want day visitors to pay but those staying at the hotel should be able to park for free.

Pros:

The Staff were amazing and so polite, even the younger staff which can sometimes be unusual. We loved our stay and all the staff made our experience so much better including the receptionist that showed us to our room and made us feel very comfortable and settled. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely return for a second visit. A beautiful place, very well maintained and the wildlife surrounding the area and view to hand made the visit worth the while

Nothing, this location, place, staff and wildlife were just amazing 👏
