Staff we're friendly and helpful, hotel was a little out of the way and other than sit by the pool there wasn't much to do.

Nice pool fast wifi. Shower did not get hot

Rommet var helt greit å sengene var helt ok til å være Asia. Hotellet ligger sentralt å det er lett å hoppe på Batt buss ned til stranden å tilbake. Rolig område.

Quite inside not really location friendly if u want to walking step to pattaya hot-spot, the good point is 7-11 just opposite the hotel and everywear u can go with "grab"

Chose this place because it was in the location and budget. I know this area is quiet but a little off the main roads. Parking available and pool is situated at the parking lot.

Check in was a little slow because they couldn't find my booking on Agoda but was settled in after 15 mins. One elevator but it served its purpose for a 4 storey building.

Had issues finding the place on Google maps as it lead me to the next building which was under construction. I was also given the room facing this building under construction so the view was a green tarpauline which I had to look at because I spent more time than usual in the hotel.

Bed , Tele , AC did their job well so no complaints there but signal for WiFi was only good in the room but I spent a lot of time on the balcony with the lousy view so I can't give the WiFi good reviews. Plus the data signal from my Thai number was horrendous as well at the balcony so I had to keep moving in and out of the balcony area. Acceptable but cumbersome.

Shower was another challenge as the difference between steaming hot and iced cold was about a millimetre apart on the tap. Spent much time getting it to the right temperature. Water pressure was good though. Soap and shampoo provided by the property.

Inspite of confirmed booking through mmt portal the hotel denied us the room when we reached hotel, which was a shocking experience,caused a lot of inconvenience to us. Staff is extremely rude with no ethics to greet their guest. Very unprofessional, in the era of digital world these people are maintaining a hand written register to enter booking and client details. Hotel is located in the interior,far away from main road, no accessible transport facilities available nearby hotel. Overall, it's better to avoid this property which is so unprofessional and managed by a rude staff.

I only got the wi-fi password 2 hours before checkout and probably only because he saw how upset I was with them. They also asked me at 8:00 when I was checking out. Good t.v. with at least 20 English stations.

Good linen. A highrise is being built and noisy during daylight hours. Taxi took awhile to find as it is 1/4 mile off of main road. 200 baht to Pattaya beach.

Such an amazing place. It is a fairly new building but the build quality is outstanding. Quiet street with a brand new 711 across the road. Solid walls so no noise contamination from the next room.

The rooms are amazing, not overly large but enough space even for extended stays. Great bathroom with nice big shower. Flat screen tv, fridge and good air conditioning unit. Nice size balcony with sink.

I will stay here again. Pricing was average but for that price you really are getting a lot.
