Their payment options are convenient.If you pay in dollars their balance amount is paid in Myanmar currency at a much better rate..tThe hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the pier and 5 minutes walk to the local market.

Staff gossiping all around
I liked the hotel. The room is large, everything is clean, breakfast is normal. There are problems with electricity, like everywhere else, but the hotel has solar panels and a generator. Not very good wifi. The staff is wonderful - they organized boat and car excursions to Pindaya and helped us buy bus tickets to Bagan. After visiting this hotel, I now think that the main wealth of Myanmar is the people of this country.
The hotel and room is very worn, and needs serious updating. It smells old, and there was a lots of insects in the room. Power outage is a problem in Myanmar, and the Internet is awful. Beds are just medium comfy. Not my best stay in Myanmar. But, the price was low and the breakfast was decent though.
I appreciated the balcony, and the people working there was polite and nice.
Super clean and new hotel, great rooftop terrace, plastic-free water refills, and solar-powered lighting for when power is out. Friendly and helpful staff for organizing trips, transport, charging phones and providing hot water. Simple but decent vegan breakfast available.
Can’t fault the property, but there was no power for most of the day/night during our 3 day visit (except for maybe 2 hours/day, on nonspecific schedule), so all the electrical amenities were basically unavailable: AC, TV, most lights, kettle, hair-dryer. Also can’t charge anything during that time, but you can give your phone to reception and they can top you up!

Inle Apex Hotel offers a wonderful stay with its incredibly kind and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist guests.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the jetty where you can catch a boat to explore the lake.
Breakfast was delicious and included a special treat — tomato jam, a local specialty reflecting the unique floating tomato farms on the lake.
The staff is super nice andhelpful, the location is perfect, the breakfast is very good and big portions.

1. the staff could speak reasonable English, the air conditioner is not so good, however when we ask for electric fan the situation has been changed.
2. the supply of power is good though i know the power had been stopped for 2 or 3 times for a few minute at night.
3. we met 3 HKU students stay in Apex Hotel for 2 months n teach English in Bomboo Light School as a volunteers
4. The selections of Breakfast is not so good, Menu A or B, the quality is good but the portion is so small. the situation has been improved after we told them.
5. the coffee n tea pack inside room are good.
6. the tourist information is a few, not clear, not good enough to travel by 3 days.
other hotels will provide more clear tour information n maps too.
7. we had mos in the room, after asking them to spray, the situation had been improved.
