Tres bien
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, tout près de la gare et à seulement 8 minutes à pied du centre-ville ! Notre séjour s’est très bien passé : la chambre est conforme aux photos, pendant notre séjour le logement est calme et le check-in 24/7 est vraiment pratique.
Rien à redire, nous recommandons ce logement.

Ich werde bei A&O nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war preis Leistungen entsprechend, Frühstück überraschend reichhaltig und gut . Mit der Lage waren wir sehr zufrieden, es war angenehm ruhig trotz Stadtnähe .

Cons:

Ich habe leider ohne es Zu wissen eine doppel Buchung gemacht.
Bei der ersten Auswahl für A&O habe ich keine Buchungsbestätiging bekommen. Deshalb habe ich kurz vor der Abreise nochmals die
Booking Seite geöffnet und gebucht.
Nun bekomme ich aber den abgebuchten Preis von 120 € nicht zurück,
Mit der Begründung nicht angereist,.

Pros:

Dicht bij de achterkant van HBF.
Kamer ruim, ideaal voor zo'n nachtje tussen twee treinen. Om er een week te verblijven zou er een bureau met stoel moeten aanwezig zijn. Ontbijt prima, net als het vriendelijke personeel.

Get what you pay for
Cons:

I self checked in while there was no one at the front desk, and there was no clear signage from the reception area of how to get to the rooms. There is also no lift, and I was on the 3rd floor with a suitcase.
My towels had some fluff and hair strands on them. Athough apart from that everything seemed to be clean, it felt a bit run down, but I guess at the price that should be expected.

Staff members Mo and Berk went above and beyond for us during our stay and made us feel extremely welcome and well looke
Pros:

super easy to get everywhere and located a 5 min walk to the central station. The lobby is only accessible via your keycard so it felt very safe and secure.

Cons:

Was a bit outdated but all the facilities work just fine considering the price you’re paying. The double bed being 2 single beds pushed together did make it a little uncomfortable as the beds would separate but apart from this the beds were rather comfortable.

Pros:

Ventilator für die warmen Tage, trotz das wir immer nicht sauber machen dran gehängt haben haben wir trotzdem frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier bekommen

Cons:

War nicht sehr sauber, Duschtermostat funktioniert nicht richtig wasser war entweder Eis kalt oder richtig heiß, Betten sind immer auseinander gerutscht
