Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren insgesamt sehr gut. Das Bett sehr bequem, das Zimmer sauber und es gab viele Bereiche im Hotel zum abhängen (Tischtennisplatte,...).Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett. Prei-Leistung top! Ich kann es nur sehr weiterempfehlen. Außerdem gab es beim Frühstück glutenfreies Brot und Müsli!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat mir Rührei gefehlt.

Cons:

A person in a near room just turn on the bathroom vent and smoked, so our room got all the odor. The toilet was not as clean as expected, the shower did not have enough water, it was really annoying

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten das Auto auch noch nach dem Check out, in der Garage stehen lassen um uns noch ein wenig umzusehen. Des Weiteren wurde uns auch bereits nach dem Check out, Erfrischungen, in Form von Kaffee, Tee und Wasser angeboten, wo wir uns jederzeit bedienen konnten.

Cons:

Die Lage ist jetzt nicht die beste. Aber für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend

Pros:

Obwohl es an der Bahnstrecke (Ursula Platz lag) war es sehr ruhig. Es war sauber. Die spartanische Einrichtung mit sehr moderner Einrichtung war sehr bodenständig. Es war sehr ruhig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet, war ausreichend und der Raum war sehr einladend, sauber. Das Personal sehr nett, Freundlich, hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist für jemanden der keine hohen Ansprüche stellt, wie 3 Sterne Hotel, eher für Normale Menschen mit einer gesunden Einstellung zum Leben.

Cons:

Es hat nur ein Kleiderschrank gefehlt.

Sehr zufrieden, alles was notwendig ist, ist vorhanden, freundliches Personal an sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Zimmer: Bescheiden aber alles was notwendig ist um sich wohl zu fühlen, ist vorhanden! Ich habe es sehr geschätzt das alle 2 Tage und nicht jeden Tag geputzt wird! Jeder Tag ist ökologisch nicht sinnvoll.
Lage: sehr gut!
Frühstück: Wunderbar. Nicht überladen. Ich habe auch die Hinweis Tafel sehr geschätzt auf welcher steht, dass man lieber weniger aufs Teller laden soll und dafür mehrmals an das Buffet gehen kann, anstatt zu viel Essen zu schöpfen, welches dann weggeworfen werden muss!

Cons:

Die anderen Hotelgäste kamen nachts oder am Morgen früh manchmal etwas sehr laut zurück auf ihre Zimmer. Dafür kann das a&o Köln aber nichts!
