Zu teuer für das angebotene Zimmer

Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ruhig gelegen

Cons:

Abgenutzt, vor allem das Bad. Auch etwas unsauber. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen. Kein Fahrstuhl. Treppenhaus und Fenster im Treppenhaus unsauber.

With the price we paid it was value for money and above my expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ahmad helped us on the day we were checking out by keeping our luggage safely. Customer service was good.

Die Nähme zur Stadt und der günstige Preis für eine Nacht. In der Regel in das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer auf unserem Zimmer war doch arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne zermackelt, der Stöpsel in der Badewanne fehlte, der Schlauch an der Dusche leckte und die Handtücher nicht mehr die neusten. Alles in allem aber sauber.
Leider hat auch eine der Steckdosen am Bett nicht funktioniert. Haben dann eine der anderen Steckdosen genutzt

Es gab keinen Fahrstuhl, bis in den 3. Stock mit Koffer und als ältere Person echt nicht zu empfehlen. Leider stand es nicht in der Beschreibung!!!

Pros:

Wir hatten ein vierbettzimmer für uns zwei, das war gut. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Uns hat gar nicht gefallen, das das Badezimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise sehr unsauber war. Das heiße Wasser kam nur Schubweise, das war beim Duschen sehr unangenehm.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kölner Dom entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, und die Fotos auf Booking.com entsprechen der Realität.
Besonders positiv möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ein angenehmer Bonus war, dass wir sogar früher als zur angegebenen Check-in-Zeit einchecken durften, was für uns sehr praktisch war.
Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
