Amazing location, bring anything you need to make any food.
Pros:

The location is on the beach and within minutes to walk to food and shopping.

Cons:

There is a kitchen but not one utensil, pot, plate, fork… nothing. We expected to be able to use the kitchen but couldn’t even make mac and cheese for the kids without a pot.

Out dated, lack of supplies but great location.

Cons:

There is no access to actually using the kitchen in the rental because you have to RENT all kitchen supplies. No pots, silverware, dishes,NOTHING. They provided one packet of DECAF coffee with no filter. Why advertise a kitchen if you can't use it unless you rent the supplies in it?

Pros:

Excellent location. Right on the beach and village of Capitola. Walk everywhere.

The stay was wonderful, and the staff was awesome! Evelyn at front office was great!

Cons:

Not a big issue, however, would be nice if there were some dishes, pots/ pans and basic utensils in the kitchen area.
