I enjoyed my trip to Hilton Head Island. My stay at the Spark was magnified by 100 thanks to Miss Leslie. She was so inviting and gave us great tips about the island. Miss Leslie is the epitome of great customer service

We had a great experience at Spark by Hilton on HHI! We wanted to get to HHI a day before our reservation at our resort so we could get checked into our resort ASAP the next morning and not waste any of our beach time. Ms. Leslie at the front desk was so sweet and checked us in to our room so efficiently with a beautiful smile on her face! She was warm and so welcoming! Our room was great! We knew it was an older motel that Hilton had purchased and renovated. It had new lvp floors and a very comfortable bed! Parking was convenient and we enjoyed a quick dip in the pool after checking in before we went to out to dinner. The pool area was clean with lots of lounge chairs and fresh pool towels provided. The location is absolutely incredible! You are just a short walk to Coligny Plaza and so close to the ocean as well! In the morning we had a very delightful breakfast that was way more than I expected. Ms. Sharon kept it fully stocked with bagels and other breads, yogurt with toppings like granola, cereal, milk, and more! There was also hard-boiled eggs that made my protein loving husband very happy! The coffee station was clean and well stocked with hot coffee, a variety of creamers, and a variety of sweeteners! My family loves Hilton Head so it is exciting to know that when needed we can stay at a very affordable quality place that takes good care of its visitors! We will definitely be back!
It was centrally located
We haven’t traveled extensively, and the woman manning the check in desk was the most ignorant, rude, condescending employee we have ever encountered. That, and the initial rate of $399 burgeoning to $700, means we will never use booking.com or Spark by Hilton again, and we are Hilton Honors members.

It was a wonderful experience, nice hotel, good size rooms. The staff was very nice. Leslie was so helpful and gave us information on things to do as it was our first time on the island. Would definitely go back to Hilton Head and stay at this hotel, a very convenient location!
