Good value for a comfortable spot at HHI!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, flexible when possible with check in and check out, room was comfortable and breakfast was nice.
Location is what it is — safe, quiet and very walkable. It’s great value considering all the details

Cons:

Only concern was noise from trash truck at 6 am one morning but that’s unavoidable—including on my review as I would have worn ear plug if I’d known

nice stay, wish we would have had sun on our few days in Hilton Head

it was a great location and easy to walk anywhere. bike rental was close by

Cons:

It was a bit weird that for both days there was a church group with kids in the lobby holding a meeting? Maybe move to a separate area would be better?

Cons:

Customer service checking out. The attendant was rapped up in two chairs. Did not want to get up to assist me. Asked for water behind the counter at breakfast, poor customer service!

I ask for a quiet room. Instead, I was placed at a room right across the hall from the ice machine around from the pool
