Pedi me cambiaran para que me dieran dos camas aparte dije en la reserva voy con bebe de 2 anos .
Pues me dijo que no hay habitaciones disponibles .
Cuando se veia el hotel vacio y se veian ventanas de cuartos dos camas todos .
No venden nada ejemplo no tienes microondas en habitacion.
Desayuno malisimo es solo pan viejo con yogur nos callo mal estaba asido .
Y mermelada solo eso .
Mi cuarto estaba sucio la heladera tenia pollo viejo con bbq tenia olor la habitacion le mostre al del frente solo me dijo no hay habitacion sorry .
Estaba el baño sucio tambien mostre fotos no le dio importancia .
A todo tratamos dormir bañarnos y buscar otro lugar desde 10.30 am mas comodo ..

Muy mal servicio y mala cara lps que te reciben .

It was OK but I do not plan to stay here again
Pros:

The hotel, overall, was clean so I did appreciate that.

Cons:

When we arrived, our rooms were not ready, so we had to wait. Then, I asked for rooms side-by-side or at least close together. The front desk had us initially on different floors then changed us to the same floor but far apart. The other rooms and were closer were reserved for other people even though they had not checked in yet. We were given rooms on the same floor, thankfully. However, we were 11 rooms apart.

There were no ice buckets in our rooms, cups or ice machine on our floor. There was no hand soap by the sink, only lotion. There was a gap under our door where anything from outdoors could have crawled or slithered inside.

Lastly, what upset me the most, was someone attempted to charge additional fees to the card I used for incidentals after we had already checked out and left. I had to contact my bank and dispute charges.

Pathetic , unhealthy, and unsecured environment.
Pros:

Bit commutable, with crazy drive and parking spots

Cons:

No hospitality staff and worst service with broken infrastructure. Pathetic experience of stay as no service and complains patched when leaving and have to pull my suitcase with no elevator working. No working dryer, floor ripped pool not cleaned , sink clotted. Over all a waste of time and money.

All in all perfect for a quick get away!
Pros:

It was a quick trip However they were extremely accommodating allowing us to check in a little early and check out an hour later so we could enjoy our stay a bit longer! It was great services all around. The room was the perfect size for our little family and the breakfast had everyone's favorite. (cereal, bagels, fruit)

Cons:

Trying to find beach access from the hotel was a bit tricky. However once we found the route it was smooth sailing. it is a bit of a walk strolling with a wagon and toddler. However it would not stop us from booking again.

Nice place for a last minute getaway.
Pros:

Free parking, room spacious, breakfast adequate, staff friendly.

Cons:

My friend and her family were next door to us. Their AC only some times worked. Pool was tiny.

Stay with basic comfort.
Pros:

Location is close to the beach and within walking distance to Coligny area. Parking is complimentary.

Cons:

Room was not ready upon arrival at 3.15pm. Breakfast is very basic. No snacks for a Diamond member was issued.
