Close to the beach. Always a parking spot
That we were charged extra for parking spot
The pool area was small but nice.
A lot. Ice machine on second floor broken entire trip, no ice buckets in room. Got there on Wed, and no room service entire time. Garbage left outside next door constantly, not hotels fault but the guests should have been held responsible. But parking was awful and unsafe. All the way around a dark corner , yes 2 spotlights but didn't cover farthest area. I was not happy, if coming back from dinner to park in dark empty alley way. But breakfasts worst of all my stays, no waffle turn pan, no pancake maker. It was just a few bagels and yogurt and toppings. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Had to go out . I guess I paid for closeness to beach but it was an extremely basic room, no frills not even hand soap gel, only lotion and 1 bar of soap
I am coming back in August and absolutely will not stay there again. I guess the no room service was because I was already paying too much for a bland room.

WiFi could be better. Pool area was nice but needs to be looked after (pool cleaned daily but towels need replenishing more often and bin emptied)
An excellent hotel to stay at; the service and the rooms were all very clean and tidy. They were very dog-friendly—an excellent place to return to—and Leslie was the best!

I have never met a more professional and courteous front desk person in all my years going to countless hotels.
My wife was not feeling well today and Leslie G. went above and beyond to get me everything I needed to take care of my wife!
There are 100 hotels I could stay at here in Hilton Head but Leslie makes me want to choose this hotel every time we come visit.
In a corporate hotel environment, it is the personability of the STAFF that makes a hotel truly unique.

Franchesca and Allison are sooooo sweet! Literally the best customer service I’ve experienced at a Hilton. I travel a ton and stay at a lot of places. Franchesca was warm, kind and super friendly. Allison was so sweet and so accommodating. Seriously the best manager experience I’ve had in such a long time. I was beginning to think customer service was a thing of the past but this has genuinely rejuvenated me! Highly recommended you stay here!
Cleanliness, the peace and quiet and the best part was all the storage and counter space available in the room!

No microwave in the rooms, fridge didnt cool well
The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bedding and pillows were great, and the room was quiet with no outside noise.
Unfortunately, the strong mold smell ruined all the positives. Everything else would have been great, but the odor made the stay uncomfortable and concerning for our health. We believe guests should not be placed in conditions like this, and it felt like this issue may have been known but not properly addressed.
