We had 3 boys and they enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Location was very nice. Close to Grande Ocean, which we are owners at. We were able to use the location while there.

Cons:

The sliding glass door had to be fixed. and it was out again when we left. I notified the front desk. The hot water takes several minutes to heat up, which is a pain in the morning.

Great location, clean room, great price!
Pros:

This was our first time staying at Spark by Hilton. Ginger the GM of this location was beyond friendly and helpful with check-in and local recommendations. The room was clean and had a balcony! This location is walkable to all of the restaurants/shops in the Coligny Circle area, including the public beach access, using the walking path along S Forest Beach Rd, and there is a free/tip golf cart shuttle if you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to the HHI action without paying a hefty price.

Won’t be back
Pros:

Liked the location. Beds were okay.

Cons:

Room was not ready when we checked in at 430pm with check in being at 3pm that’s ridiculous. The front desk didn’t know they were still cleaning rooms either, so we went all the way up to our room to have to come back down. We waited after 20 or so minutes we went back up and the lady had just finished. Since the door was open the whole place was wet from humidity and from being mopped. Then we realize you can’t even use the lock on the door. Only the one that’s on the frame. The ice machine was broken on our floor too. There were marks all over the ceiling not sure if they were mold or not but definitely not pleasant to look at. Slept awful due to the AC unit being loud and room just was so humid. For paying $200 for one night expected more especially from Hilton. Then having to pay $10 to park around the corner in an alley is ridiculous.

An Anniversary Retreat
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Spark HHI. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of parfait, cereal, bagels, eggs, fruit and juice. Our room was clean and front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is a shortfall to the beach however if you have a lot of beach equipment or body set backs it still may seem far.

Cons:

I would love to see a meat selection for breakfast, maybe sausages or bacon.

OK for a short stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. The shower was nice and updated. It was a short distance to walk to the beach.

Cons:

I expected better from a Hilton. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The breakfast was the pitts with very few options. The maintenance people need to keep the landings cleaner. The room was OK for the 2 of us but pretty small for a family. I did not like that I requested a printed receipt at checkout and was told it had to be e mailed. When I received the email it only had a zero balance but no breakdown of the room fee.

The staff is amazing...
Pros:

Ms. Leslie (front desk), Ms. Sharon (from Jamaica), and Ginger (the GM) were amazing and very helpful during our stay at the hotel. The lobby, our room, pool, and common areas were always clean. Each lady went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. There was an issue with our TV cable box and the technician could not fix it. Ginger personally purchased an HDMI cable so that we could connect our laptop to the TV until the technician could return to fix the box. Ms. Sharon saw my wife struggling to exit the breakfast area and helped her carry her food and drink while I was away in the gym. Ms Leslie personally brought extra towels to our room after we had a drink accident in the room. The staff is amazing.

Pros:

The pool area was small but nice.

Cons:

A lot. Ice machine on second floor broken entire trip, no ice buckets in room. Got there on Wed, and no room service entire time. Garbage left outside next door constantly, not hotels fault but the guests should have been held responsible. But parking was awful and unsafe. All the way around a dark corner , yes 2 spotlights but didn't cover farthest area. I was not happy, if coming back from dinner to park in dark empty alley way. But breakfasts worst of all my stays, no waffle turn pan, no pancake maker. It was just a few bagels and yogurt and toppings. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Had to go out . I guess I paid for closeness to beach but it was an extremely basic room, no frills not even hand soap gel, only lotion and 1 bar of soap
I am coming back in August and absolutely will not stay there again. I guess the no room service was because I was already paying too much for a bland room.

Cons:

WiFi could be better. Pool area was nice but needs to be looked after (pool cleaned daily but towels need replenishing more often and bin emptied)

A good trip
