Al llegar al hotel no estaba totalmente convencido del lugar, pero en base a las condiciones del lugar es un hotel que cumple su función. Lo que más me gustó y sin duda me haría volver, fue la atención de Delicia, es la persona más amable y atenta que me pude encontrar

El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la cama es king size, tiene lindas vistas. Lamentablemente se encuentra a unos 400 metros de la calle principal de Mazunte (Rinconcito) en un trayecto que es todo barranca arriba, en una zona no turística y bastante despoblada.

Site says no one at hotel to check in so I called a number provide on Expedia and the woman tells me that the number I had called was not a contact for about a year. I arrive to hotel and the gal that thankfully was there begins to explain that my reservation is done through Expedia and she has no access to it and some guy Kilian takes screenshots via texts and sends them to her. She logs info in her ledger and asks me how much were you quoted. I told her the amount and she asked to collect on cash only. So I go through the process and ask for a receipt which I received the morning of my departure.
One of thae days during I hear the lady having the same conversation with another guest. I figured there has to be an easier without going through all this trouble. This process was an inconvenience for me and I have to make sure my credit card was not charged after all this unnecessary disorganization.

Es un bonito hotel cerca de Punta Cometa para ver el atardecer y una habitación para ver el amanecer, como lo dicen debes de subir una pendiente pero caminar sobre las calles de Mazunte lo vale aunque el calor no se soporte.

Fue una grata estadía, nos atendieron maravillosamente, la anfitriona muy amable, e instalaciones increíbles. Mi único punto a atender es que no realizan una limpieza de cuarto diario, fuera de eso todo increíble.

Nice place, bit of a climb but great view from terrace of one room.
Kitchen facilities available which I hadn't realised.
My room was lovely, rustic bit the drains were smelly.
My biggest issue was with the lack of English appealing staff. The cleaner was very friendly but as I'm only just learning Spanish I could not converse with her. Therefore, as a single traveller I could not chat about local information - restaurants, activities etc. Most of the other clients were Spanish speaking too.

Nos avisaron que no tenían lugar 2 días antes.. por lo que cancelarían la reservación. Nos buscaron una opción más fea y más cara en lugar de esta. Por la forma de reservar con un depósito al menos 72 hrs antes de la llegada, cosa que en las políticas de su correo y la página dice 24 hrs. Pésimo

My room was very romantic, very nicely set, with a huge comfortable bed. It was only surpassed by the stunning view on San Agustinillo bay from the patio.

Very nice place with your own terrace and an amaca to chill out.
The way to the beach is a bit steep but not really a problem.
Personal is very nice and makes you feel at home, shared kitchen available

Es un hotel muy bonito, cómodo y padre. La habitación que nos tocó tenía una "terraza" con una hamaca, muy cómodo. La cama comodísima, el abanico inicial no funcionaba pero sin problema alguno nos lo cambiaron. La desventaja es que no siempre hay personal en recepción, por lo que si requieres algo debes llamarlos, pero siempre contestan y están al pendiente. Si vas en carro debes subir una pequeña loma empedrada, pero el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento. Caminando a la playa se hacen unos 5-7 minutos (de ida es de bajada y de regreso de subida por lo que se siente mucho más pesado el regreso). Sin duda volveríamos a este hotel.

Hotel "ouvert", au milieu de la nature. Plusieurs petites terrasses ouvertes avec tables et hamac où il est agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner par exemple. Bel architecture, pas de proximité entre les chambres. Petit plus pour le lit king size et la cuisine en libre accès, pratique si on veut cuisiner soi même

El personal que atiende la casa es muy amable y resolutivo. Buena opción para disfrutar de mazunte !
