Bedroom was comfortable and reasonably furnished for the price of the stay. Comfortable bed and the room was clean.
The bathroom was very basic and could benefit from refurbishment but for the price was reasonable.
Had the superior room no complaints large room TV mounted into foot of bed and bath in living room good location just outside Norwich
Large space with parking right outside. Staff were friendly and there was a nice pub just a short walk away.
The beds were not very comfy and creaked when you moved.

No soap in toilet area. Lots of bites after sitting on floor. Chair but no table - would be handy for eating!
We didn't get to stay at the hotel as it burnt diwn the week before. We wern't informed of this and travelled from Hertfordshire to visit family. We had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to find anither hotel with a room nearby. We are very annoyed that no one informed us of the incident. A company like this should have got in touch with us.
We stayed as part of a wedding party and cannot praise the staff enough. Absolutely everyone was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Never have we stayed anywhere with such genuinely nice staff! An absolute credit and cannot thank you all enough! A perfect setting for the most perfect wedding!!

One only thing I can say is the room itself was very nice.
It's hard to find the place the sat nav just keeps taking you around and around.
When we arrived my misses was dying for the toilet so decided to use the one inside reception area while I was checking in, the redhead girl was polite and said I'll show you to your room but shall we wait for the person your with. The blonde girl behind the bar said to her who you waiting for to her, so she told her and she was like oh there's a toilet in room 5 but in weird way. I said to her what's the problem? She was like nothing it's just me being confused.
The heater in the bathroom was constantly on high I kept turn it down but nothing happened, lucky it was the heater in the bathroom and not the bedroom.
Next morning went to take a shower no signs to say it's extremely hot water or anything, adjusted but still very very hot water. I had to abandon the shower mid showering before I got burnt.
Puting my stuff away in the car, one staff member greeting me, behind her the blonde girl didn't bother just gave me weird look.
The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and spacious and the location tranquil.
All good.

Shower didn’t work properly so no cold water to it and hot water too hot to take a shower. No plug for the wash basin so had to improvise to get a shave or a wash .Reception not manned until noon so could not do anything about the problem
The stay was fine as we only slept there. Difficult to find, especially in the evening as there were no lights outside the entrance to say where we were
