Napalai Pool Villa Resort

파타야 터미널21 나끌루아쪽에 위치해 있구요
도심속 개인 풀빌라로서는 아주 좋네요
아주 편하게 쉬고 왔구요
참고로 주차장이 협소합니다 .. 하지만 겐찬아요

Все понравилось.
Отличный бассейн, чистый, достаточно большой.
Нет варианта с нормальным завтраком, кухни в номере нет, только большой холодильник. Рядом кафе для китайцев.
Расположение нормальное, близко от бурной жизни и до моря. Можно жить втроем.

Perfect place for a family, nice sized pool, no problems whatsoever, simple check in, room cleaned everyday and always when we went out. Nice staff and very close to the main beach area.

It was very comfortable and the service by the cleaning staff was very friendly. It was kinda out of the way from walking street which was fine by me.

Hotel/Resort is a little over priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Villa is very nice and comfortable. Missing a few amenities when I arrived (no pool towels and only one robe in my Villa). No microwave in Villa. Pool clean and very good temperature. Hotel/Resort provides a few floating"toys". I bought my own floating mattress at near by street shop. I will leave with Villa when I leave.
Very quiet area. That was great. Not too far from action areas.
Breakfast has been a disappointment. All eggs very over cooked, not much for choices as a "buffet". Bacon under cooked also. No omlette station. Only orange juice choice. What food they did have was good taste for breakfast. But could use more choices and improvement.
Hotel/Resort in good area. Good shopping, stores, Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Night time can be fun if you do not go too early.... Of course. (Thailand nightlife does not really start until near 10pm, as many know).
GREAT!! "Thai Banana Pancake" street stand short short walk from Hotel/Resort in direct of beach.
Good Seafood and Bar B Que Restaurant down by beach from Hotel/Resort.
I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF PRICE IS GOOD.

這個價格再加這個質素是絕對超值，地點好，附近有好多野食，泳池比想像中大 ，唯一是沒有飲過他們雪櫃的水，到最後要我地比80珠話我飲了他的一支水，不過也不是貴就懶得再爭議。房間家私較舊但乾淨不會有異味，推薦～有機會會再入住

游泳池很大,但有點太深了

2번째 방문입니다. 저렴한 가격에 넓은 풀빌라 이용가능한게 큰 장점이고 조금만 나가도 나름 번화가가 있어 식사도 무리없습니다. 다만 이전과는 다르게 중국색이 들어가서 조식도 질이 떨어진게 아쉽습니다. 그래도 이 가격에 이정도 풀빌라면 훌륭합니다

The private pool was great. This was a wonderful property in the past, but could use some maintenance today. We contacted the office several times to fix the toilet, but to no available. It was overall a really nice to place, but I’m glad we’re out of there before something else fell apart. Recommend, but beware the maintenance issues.

직원분들 매우 친절 하였으며, 조식 괜찮었습니다. 호텔이 좀 오래되어 시설은 좀 아니었지만 가족들 지내는데 큰 무리는 없었습니다.

It is easy traveling to the beach road with local transport cost only 10 Baht. Tasty Thai food around the corner. The villa is well built with private little pool. It carries good Thai atmosphere that I guess it was originally owned by the locals. It is now running old. The air con is a bit noisy. The bed is way too hard. There is a Chinese restaurant outside that operate by the same owner. This makes me think the ownership passed to the Chinese. They provide breakfast there which is really bad. Nothing tastes good, not even the bread. If you want the pool, yes. If you want a good night sleep, pick another one.

Very private place to stay, But some facilities need to be upgrade,air condition is too noisy, there is limited choices for TV channels.

I had no hot water for showering and nothing was done about it.
Safe did not work until I got a key from reception.
Phone did not work so unable to call reception.
Bed was hard as a rock.
Lots of barking dogs close by.

Da vi ankom hotellet fant de ikke bestillingen vår, men siden det var lagt på kveld fikk vi tildelt et rom. Dagen etterpå ble vi innkalt til resepsjonen for de fant fremdeles ikke bestillingen og hadde heller ikke fått betalt for den. De forlagte at vi skulle ringe hotels.com. Vi forsøkte å forklare at det var midt på natten i Norge og at vi ikke kunne ringe noen før om flere timer. Da tok de opp telefonen og ringte, vips, i løpet av et minutt hadde de fikset det. Dette kunne de med andre ord ha fikset på egenhånd i full fart.

Frokosten hadde dårlig utvalg. Renholdet var så som så.Det var lite smil blant personalet. Veien utenfor er sterkt traffikert og ekstremt mye busstrafikk. Vannet på rommet forsvant et par ganger om dagen.

Det som var positivt var eget basseng. Og at vi fikk bytte rom til et annet siden det var null sol på det vi hadde fått. Bra internett.
Kjempe fin italiensk restaurant rett ved siden av hotellet.

The check up was fast & smooth & staff were very friendly & helpful. Everything was great except for the weak wifi. Breakfast was ok despite not having a wide range of food. Getting dinner was no problem at all, as there is a lot of food vendors & restaurant just outside the hotel.

After checkin I noticed that the internet wasn't working. I asked the front desk about it & they said it would be down for the entire 2.5 weeks I was scheduled to stay. I told them it wasn't acceptable & I needed internet to stay in communication with work & family. They didn't do anything about it until I grabbed my bags & attempted to leave. After that I was put into a new room with internet, though the connection still was poor & I routinely lost voip calls. Also the shower was broken, the a/c wasn't working properly, the safe was broken, & television only had 5 channels. The safe & shower were fixed within 24 hrs & the it was pointed out that there were the 52 channels as promised in the description but the channels were all duplicates of the same 5 channels. They were unable to fix the a/c or poor internet & refused to allow me to check out early through Expedia. Not only did they refuse to modify my reservation but they repeatedly told Expedia all problems had been fixed. After 2 days I recorded a video of the thermostat showing it was 34 degrees in my room (while it was 34 degrees outside & the a/c was on high) & also recorded a conversation I had with the front desk where they acknowledged it was over 30 degrees in my room. ONLY AFTER FORWARDING THE RECORDINGS to Expedia was I finally allowed to checkout early & receive a refund for my unused days.
