Kamala Regent Phuket Serviced Apartment

We stayed at the Kamala Regent Condominium (Serviced Apartment) for 6 nights in March 2023. The apartment was so spacious for our family of 6 and the private rooftop pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed the outdoor pools and I used one of two fitness centers daily. We had water service, beach towels, and cleaning daily. Although the property was about a 10 to 12 minute walk from Kamala Beach we didn’t mind at all. We found great local restaurants and conveniences along the way. Great value for the money and would stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating and flexible when my check-in date date changed due to my getting stuck in China. When we finally arrived at 5am, the keys were left for us as promised. The apartment was spacious for our party of six. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with private pool. The complex was a short, manageable walk to the main road, restaurants, shops and Kamala Beach.

La chambre est spacieuse et nous avons été surclassé avec la piscine privée.
Point négatif le petit-déjeuner cest toujours la même chose et on ne peut pas en redemander plus.

客廳溫度偏高，因 散熱回流返客廳, 閣樓廁所沒有浴缸或浴屏，容易弄濕整個浴室，加上去水淤塞。原先沒有預訂早餐，但check in時免費贈送，意料之外。

Bel appartement de 3 chambres avec cuisine bien équipée et Netflix sur la TV. Les 2 piscines sont propres et grandes. Le lave linge est très pratique. Pour info ok entend les appels à là prière mais j’ai pas trouvé cela gênant. Par contre le concept est assez déroutant car Les appartements sont collés à des baraquements où habitent des locaux. Le petit déjeuner est très mauvais mieux vaut pas compter dessus et le prendre à l’extérieur ou bien faire ses propres courses plage à environ 20 min a pied

Place was clean, spacious, had a balcony and as four friends we all got our own bed. Private pool was a huge bemefit. Supermarket / 7eleven in walking distance for supplies and we got a short cab to the beach and restaurants - staff were happy to help us get a car. Overall great for our weekend stay.

L’hotel est comme sur les photos , aucune déception . Notre appartement été spacieux et équipé . L’hotel est un belle endroit , la piscine extérieure est très grande . Le personnel nous on suivit et informer . Les femmes de ménages passent quotidiennement et nettoient bien l’appartement . Bon rapport qualité/prix , c’est un hotel de luxe . Juste la wifi ne fonctionnait pas . Et l’hotel est un peu éloignée des endroit touristique prévoir un transport régulier .

Olimme perheen kanssa kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneistossa, johon kuului kattoterassilla uima-altaalla. Huoneisto oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Huoneissa ilmalämpöpumput, jotka pitivät kovaa ääntä. Astioita juuri saman verran kuin asukkaita. Siivoojat kävivät joka päivä, mutta tekivät hyvin pienen siivouksen vain. Oma allas oli pieni, mutta kovassa käytössä kuitenkin.
Hotellin yhteinen allas kiva, mutta tuoleja allasalueella huonosti. Henkilökunta mukavaa.
Hotellin vieressä pieni ruokapaikka, mistä sai hyvää aamupala ja muutakin ruokaa.
Rannalle matkaa noin puoli kilometriä. Ostospaikkoja ei juurikaan lähettyvillä, ranta- alueelle piti lähteä aina.

Vi havde tre soveværelser og egen pool og sauna. Poolen var dog kun ca 2x3 meter. Stor fælles pool med separat børnepool. Alt fungerede. Super aircon. Morgenmaden var en tallerken American breakfast, kan gøres bedre og billigere på en af de nærliggende restauranter. Udsigt til bjergene. Ca. 1 km til stranden.

Motsvarade inte förväntningarna eller bilder. Ett penthouse i dåligt skick. Stannade bara en natt vilket var tur.

Très bel chambre et hôtel, grand, moderne, presque luxueux. Un tout petit peu loin de la plage mais on peut tout à fait faire le chemin à pied. Malheureusement les services dans l'hôtel sont pas au top, le restaurant était fermé, même pour les petits déjeuners. Mais petit café juste en sortant de l'hôtel donc c'était parfait pour notre petit séjour de deux jours !

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit on the top floor with private pool. The cleaners did an excellent job inside and outside the unit. The reception staff as well as the rest of the personnel are very friendly. We truly enjoyed our Phuket experience thanks in part to Kamala Regent.

Väldigt härligt hotell samt trevlig personal.

プライベートプールの床のタイルが壊れて、遊んでいたこともが足を切って、病院へ！
しかし、授業員は7時でいなくなり、ゲートの授業員は英語ができず、
結局は自分でタクシーを呼んで、病院へ行くことに！

家族で行く人にはお勧めできません。

A short walk to the main road and 10 mins more to the beach. A few good restaurants around. 7-11 and laundry shop just round the corner.
Good distance from Patong and most other beaches - a central location.
Spacious apartment and rather clean. Comfortable (enough) stay at a reasonable price. We did some light cooking too.

Consistent. Great pools, good service, friendly people. Very close to beach, peaceful.

Food needs improvement butnot bad, just average.

Alot of the amenities are not available.
No buffet breakfeast
NO cots available
WiFi was very bad
I wouldn't recommend this place to stay as its not near much service was horrible.
Was clean and has very big rooms but more for residence.
Staff had no idea what was going on.
