Pros:

This will be my first choice when visiting Matsuyama again in the future. Very centrally located, right next to Dogo onsen. Clean and spacious room, yukatas provided for the onsen visit but its most important asset is the staff: extremely helpful and supportive, very quick turnaround when communicating through the Booking platform.

せっかく最上階の部屋を提供してもらったが、パーキングタワーのせいで、温泉本館側の眺望が良くなかった
