Great location, good and friendly staff.
Pros: location, size of room, the lady receptionist was kind and helpful, the cleanliness, breakfast, all very good for a 3* hotel.
Cons: no towel hangers or shelf in bathroom, no soap holder in shower. These cost pennies and it is unclear why they are missing. The alley leading to the hotel is dark and unfriendly at night.
We stayed in the annexe building, and it was lovely.
The location is perfect with everything you need, right outside the building. Great restaurants and bars, and Piazza Navona is at the end of the pedestrian street.
Our room was clean and modern and had good air-conditioning, which was much needed in August.
We didn’t dislike anything.
The room is on the second floor, and the elevator doesn't stop on that floor. We found that if you go to level 2 in the lift, you can walk down half a flight of stairs, and you will arrive at the apartment entrance. It's much easier than walking up after a long day exploring.

Great location in the city centre, easy to get around. If you’re up to walk it can be done.
Staff very welcoming and helpful, and they held our bags after checkout, since we were leaving Rome in the afternoon

The location was superb — right next to Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The area around our hotel was probably our favourite part of Rome, with so much to see and do right on the doorstep. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and we absolutely loved being in this part of Rome.
We weren’t overly keen on the breakfast. It was enough to get you going in the morning, but a few more options and a self-service coffee machine would be a great addition. The hotel is also located down an alleyway with quite a lot of graffiti, which can look a little off-putting when you first arrive, but don’t let that put you off — we found this to be quite common around Rome and it didn’t detract from our stay.

A hotel's quality is measured not only by its rooms or location, but also by the way it treats its guests when they face circumstances beyond their control. Sadly, this hotel failed that test.
Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Es befindet sich mitten im Zentrum und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir die historischen Orte ganz entspannt ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel besichtigen.
Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war stets sauber. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Auch beim Flughafentransfer für unsere Rückreise hat uns das Hotel unterstützt. Der Transfer kam pünktlich und alles verlief reibungslos.
Insgesamt waren wir mit der Lage, der Sauberkeit und dem Service sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
