Very attentive and clean. Great value
Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit in Cesme. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Service war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und neben dem Hotel gibt es ein supersüßes Cafe. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm!
I recommend Palas Ilica Hotel. Very good environment, clean rooms and kind reception. Breakfast was also very delicious with multiple choices.
Sometimes it takes couple mins for hot water to start flowing

The gentleman at the reception is brilliant, very hospitable, very polite, and professional

The room needs a maintenance refresh, and a detailed cleaning
-The bathroom door doesn't close
-The bed squeaked with every movement
- My wife needed to wrestle the curtains to close it
- Broken tiles, cracks, and chipped paint around the bathroom
The room is also on the smaller side, there was no place for our two luggage so I had to open one behind the door and one over the fridge
The hotel is in prime location, very close to Ilica Beach and there are also frequent busses leaving right in front of the bus to Alacati and Cesme, day and night. The hotel is comfortable and designed in a cute way, the air conditioner works well, and the daily cleaning of the room and the toilet & fresh towels were amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Cosy, authentic small hotel, very friendly, helpful and supporting staff, breakfast was served carefully, tasty menemen. water, coffee, tea was made for us any time of the day. Guys speak English very well, always helped, also to carry luggage to the 2nd floor.
Old furniture and bathroom equipment, not a single shelf, and no gas electricity generator , there are issues with electricity in the town, we faced them twice. No kettle and cups in the room, I brought in cups from the kitchen, but the cleaning person always took everything away every day. The building is in the noisy street, and the windows and walls are thin. Regarding breakfast I would like to have something else from time to time, not only eggs (with cheese and vegetables ) , there are lots of Turkish snacks and food which are very tasty

Otel sonderece temizdi, içiniz rahat bir şekilde tercih edebilirsiniz. Personelleri güleryüzlü ve çalışkan gençlerden oluşuyor. 2 gün konakladık memnun kaldık tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünüyoruz. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı kalan misafirlerin gece geç saatlerde koridorlarda yaptıkları gürültü oldu.

Room wasn’t as shown …. Only one bedside table and one lamp for the room….electrical sockets didn’t appear to be fitted properly…
