will rate much higher if furniture was new and comfortable
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and cooperative (Sultan)
location is very good for my purpose, space is excellent, parking in most cases was available in the basement but need to be careful for SUV cars
thy are flexible in check in & checkout also payment timing

Cons:

beds are old and mattresses not comfortable.
lifter are small and old
tv set was small and old version cant be connected to smart phones to watch
wifi signal some time week although I was near reception
