We would totally stay again but request a room away from the elevators.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and well set up. It was a one stop shop for my husband and I. We arrived and did not have to drive anywhere else. We could walk to dinner, the spa, and the market. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

My only problem was that our room was by the elevator which created a lot of noise between hearing others doors close and the 3am chit chat sessions in the halls by the elevator did not create the most restful nights sleep.

Quick Get Away

We were looking for a quick getaway to decompress from the holidays, and had a wonderful experience at the Inn. The facility is well appointed, clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming, helpful and attentive. We chose a Queen Garden suite, which had a sitting room with a fireplace, which was a great addition for a winter stay.
We also did the breakfast package, which included a cooked to order breakfast at the Marketplace. The package was $30 towards your breakfast order, which we squeaked in just under. This was a much more satisfying meal than most buffet syle hotel breakfasts, since it was cooked fresh for us, and we could choose from the menu.

My one comment was going to be as a tea drinker, the in room coffee service did not have any tea options, or even a way to make hot water. I contacted the front desk, and the helpful staff member ( Henry) gave me a tea service- a hot water kettle and tea bags. ( I always carry my own, but this was a nice touch.)

We truly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back soon.

Charming Resort

Very enjoyable stay. Charming resort with beautiful grounds. We stayed in a suite in the main resort. The suite was perfect for three people with some privacy. The room was decorated nicely with a gas fireplace. The bathroom was huge with a large double sink area. The restaurant, Knoxies was excellent, great atmosphere. Cute store and lobby area. The fire pits were enjoyable along with the Chefs garden. I only wish they had a pool option for my son in late Oct. They only offer outdoor pools in season. The hotel is located next to a very busy highway and can be loud. However, it wasn’t bad in room. My only dislikes: no full-length mirror and the room got stuffy at night with no way to lower the air-conditioning below a set temp. Otherwise, nice stay and I hope to return.

Gorgeous and we would go back in a heartbeat!
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and the portion sizes were good. There was also a prepared breakfast burrito that was excellent.

Cons:

The cost seemed high when the weekday price was more than half the weekend cost.

It is lovely and the spa is amazing.

Cons:

There were very few guests but we were given a room with a roof covered with h&a conditioning units.
When we booked we were assured we could use a gift card but when we checked out we were told that it was not accepted. I was told that I had been subverted by a look alike site on booking.com and that it’s not the first time they have seen it happen. I had no idea I had even booked through booking.com until I saw the receipt.
This seems to be something that you would want to address to avoid disappointment and undue expense for your customers. I intend to contact booking.com as well.
