Naja!
Cons:

Hotel ist nicht mehr auf Booking.com Plattform! Mussten vor Ort zum 2mal bezahlen, und mussten das schon bezahlte Geld über Booking.com zurück fordern.
Kleines vorgefertigtes Frühstück, alles weitere gegen Bezahlung. Kein Schrank! Alles schon ziemlich abgewirtschaftet.

Absolute Warnung – trotz bezahlter Buchung nachts auf die Straße gesetzt

Diese Bewertung schreibe ich mit absolutem Entsetzen.

Trotz einer über Booking.com bestätigten und vollständig im Voraus bezahlten Buchung (29.01.–30.01.) wurde unserem Mitarbeiter im Hotel Karlshorst die Unterkunft verweigert.
An der Rezeption wurde respektlos, herablassend und in keiner Weise professionell verlangt, das Zimmer erneut vor Ort zu bezahlen, da man angeblich keine Zahlung von Booking akzeptiere.

Jegliche Klärung wurde konsequent verweigert. Es wurde wörtlich erklärt, man werde sich nicht mit den eigenen Problemen der Zahlungsabwicklung befassen und es sei dem Hotel egal, ob bereits bezahlt wurde...

Die Aussage war eindeutig:
Entweder noch einmal zahlen – oder kein Zimmer.

Das Ergebnis ist schockierend:
Unser erschöpfter Mitarbeiter wurde spät am Abend, mitten in der Nacht und im kältesten Monat des Jahres, ohne jede Hilfe oder Unterstützung auf die Straße gesetzt.
Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten, kein Kontakt zu Booking aufgenommen und keinerlei Verantwortung übernommen.
Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als notfallmäßig einen anderen Hotelaufenthalt zu organisieren – zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur noch zu deutlich höheren Preisen.
So mussten wir für zwei Hotels zahlen, obwohl eines davon bereits im Voraus bezahlt war.

Dieses Vorgehen ist menschenunwürdig, verantwortungslos und absolut inakzeptabel !!!
Bis heute hat sich niemand vom Hotel entschuldigt.
Noch gravierender: Der bereits bezahlte Betrag wurde bis heute nicht zurückerstattet.

Dieses Hotel verstößt gegen grundlegende Standards im Umgang mit Gästen.
Wer Wert auf Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit, Professionalität und menschlichen Anstand legt, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden.

Für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend.
Pros:

Kurze Wege zur U-Bahn, dadurch gute Anbindung. Viele Geschäfte vor Ort. Für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend.

Sehr schönes Hotel zum kleinen Preis. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Werde ich weiterempfehlen.

Im Frühstücksraum war wohl Heizung defekt und kalt.

Ami nagyon hiányzott hogy nem volt hűtőgép a szobában,klíma is hiányzott . Sajnos szobaventillátor sem volt a szobában de kértünk a személyzettől amit nagyon rövid időn belűl teljesítettek. Tehát összeségében egy jó ár-érték arányban levö tiszta szálláshely,kedves személyzettel,csak a hűtési lehetőség hiányzott nagyon. Ettől függetlenűl ajánlani tudom a szálláshelyet.

Great location for a concert in Wuhlheide
Pros:

If you come to a concert in Wuhlheide, hotel is in a great location! Also there are markets, bakeries and döner places around it. Our room was big with enough space and very clean.

Cons:

It was so noisy at night. Because of the warm weather, we had to open the windows. It sounds like ambulances come stop by at your window or cars are driving into your room. Also there’s curtain in the shower, which makes taking shower a bit difficult.
