Pros:

Good locations right next to train and grocery stores.

Lage und Preis waren gut.

Cons:

Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war eher so Mittel gut. Man benötigt eine Kredit für eine Kaution (stand nicht in der Buchung) und wollte dann meine VISA Karte nicht akzeptieren.
Im allgemeinen war er auch nicht sehr feinfühlig den Gästen gegenüber die vor uns waren. Es hat 40 min gedauert bis wir unsere Karte hatten und es waren nur 3 Leute vor uns, die auch alle schon bezahlt hatten. Kartenzahlung geht auch erst ab über 10 Euro.

Leider nichts!

Cons:

Viele betrunkene und ungepflegte Männer mit Migrationshintergrund sind im Hotel mit Bierflaschen und anderem Alkohol auf allen Etagen! Es erweckt den Eindruck, dass es eine Unterkunft für andere Zwecke ist, aber nicht zur Erholung und es wird keine Sicherheit vermittelt! Ich als Frau und Mutter bin weinend aus dem Hotel gegangen! Wie kann das Hotel bei booking.com gelistet sein? Mit 3 Sternen!!!! Bitte nicht buchen.

Pros:

Gute Lage in Karlshorst, wenige Minuten bis zum S-Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung war okay. Das Bad schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war lediglich mit einem Duschvorhang ausgestattet, nach dem Duschen war das Bad sehr nass.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen und hätte gerne mein Geld wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war in Ordnung

Cons:

Es befand sich extrem viel Staub im Zimmer. Angegeben war ein Balkon, den wir nicht hatten.
Das Bett war extrem durchgelegen mit einer Kuhle, so dass wir beide extreme Rückenschmerzen hatten.
Der Duschvorhang war verschimmelt und alles sehr verlebt und gebraucht.

Nicht wieder.

Einfach alles das ist kein 3 Sterne Hotel für 103 Euro nicht einmal ein frühstück büffe kein kaffe keine Getränke kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer total laut und total dreckig einfach ätzend das Personal spricht kaum deutsch und super unfreundlich
