Hotel was clean. Beds were comfy. Staffs lacks English, amenities in the room was sufficient. Hair dryer was weak. My block out blinds weren't aligned with its tracks therefore a bit of sunlight peeped through. Value for money though.
Breakfast choices were average. The HK cafe restaurant on level 28 was very average. The vibe was a bit eerie.
一切都舒適👍🏻

Staff are friendly and helpful
Spacious room with nice bathroom. Great view of the city from the Lobby
Our room also had a lovely view.
Very close to metro so easy to get around
Breakfast could be better
great view from the top of the building
I loved staying at this hotel. The people are nice the location is great and the accommodations are 5 star
Extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of a star-rated establishment. The issues I encountered are as follows:
1. Poor Managerial Attitude: The manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude when addressing my concerns, which is unacceptable in any customer service setting.
2. Air Conditioning Issues: The central air conditioning was not operational, and the portable unit provided was excessively noisy and seemed to function as a humidifier rather than an air conditioner. This made the room environment uncomfortable.
3. Noise Disturbance: Due to the lack of proper air conditioning, I had to leave the windows open at night. The noise from outside in the early morning made it impossible to rest properly.
4. Misleading Booking Information: The fact that air conditioning would not be available was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. According to feedback from others, this issue affects all rooms, not just mine.
5. Unacceptable Bed Conditions: The “king bed” turned out to be two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The manager’s justification for this arrangement was both unreasonable and unprofessional, leading to a painful sleeping experience.
6. Refund Issues: I only discovered yesterday that there was an issue with my refund, and while I have not had the chance to check with my bank yet (due to today being Saturday), it has been over a week since I checked out. When I raised this with the hotel, the response was dismissive: “You should check with your bank.” This comes across as an attempt to shift responsibility rather than addressing the issue.
7. In May, I sent a pair of yoga pants for cleaning after having a hot pot meal. When the pants were returned, they still carried a strong odor of food, making me question whether they had been cleaned at all.
Due to personal habits and preferences, I prefer to stay in the same room to avoid adjusting to new switch locations.
Comfortable and excellent breakfast. The rooftop viewing area is an unexpected plus.
The room was very good and comfortable, but it smelled very musty. Unfortunately the bar at the 50th floor wasn’t open
Great hotel with amazing view, perfect Chinese restaurant, nice and comfortable rooms

Friendly staff, room is bright with beautiful scene
Hair dryer is bit old and not working perfectly
Sound proof is not good, I can hear neighbors close the door in the evening
The room was smoke free and pretty clean. I did find it a bit warm and difficult to turn the thermostat down. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly and would go out of their way just to come to my door and ask if I needed things. Here’s the problem: the hotel advertises itself as having English language service, and in truth this service was very limited. I chose this hotel because it was a USA based hotel chain that advertised English service. I had difficulty communicating with most staff, both of us using translator apps that did not always communicate the right thing. Even ordering room service off their own menu was a headache. A few times it seemed more senior staff had to be pulled away from other duties to help me which I felt guilty about. I don’t expect ALL staff at a hotel in China to have fluent or stronger working English but I was surprised so few did. Worse, because as a foreign tourist I did not have a Chinese phone number, the staff wanted my Chinese friend’s number, and asked for her to translate. She was not staying with me the whole time and this was not an option, plus it was a burden on her.
