Sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr großes, modernes Zimmer. Tolle kostenfreie Zusatzangebote wie Kaffee und Kuchen, sowie ein Abendsnack. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Wasser.

Cons:

Die Spielstrasse vor dem Hotel ist leider gerade an schönen Abenden zu stark befahren und es hält sich kaum jemand an die Schrittgeschwindigkeit. Hierfür kann das Hotel nichts, macht aber einen Abend draußen mit einem Glas Wein o.Ä. etwas weniger schön.

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Moderne en schone kamers, geen lawaai, goed donker. En van alle gemakken voorzien. Met gratis wat drankjes in de minibar, een snackje. Naast alles op de kamer ook beneden koffie of thee en wat lekkers, ijsje mag je pakken, bij start vd dag water mee, uitstekend ontbijt. Kortom volop luxe

Excellent stay with many complimentary extras
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hafenspeicher and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of power outlets, which is always appreciated. We also enjoyed the complimentary minibar and the free use of the sauna.
One of the things that really stood out was all the thoughtful extras included in the stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon (3:00 PM) and a free evening snack at 5:00 PM. Free parking at the hotel was another great bonus.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic old town, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options.
The room rate may seem a little high at first, but when you consider everything that is included, it actually offers very good value for money. It's a smart concept that makes the overall experience feel special.
We would happily stay here again!
