Pros:

La stanza era spaziosa e silenziosa, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Il letto era molto comodo e il bagno ampio. Ho apprezzato la cortesia e l’accoglienza dei ragazzi all’ingresso del building, sempre disponibili. La posizione dell’hotel è decisamente strategica, a due passi da Macy’s.

Cons:

Un aspetto migliorabile riguarda la comunicazione del personale al check-in, con un’accoglienza a tratti poco attenta. Non sempre è stato facile comprendersi, anche perché talvolta l'inglese viene parlato piuttosto velocemente. Mancano alcune amenities, come ciabatte monouso e cuffie per la doccia.

I had an absolute amazing time.
Pros:

The cleanness, the convenience, the staff was amazing and very friendly at check out with helping us with our bags. Holding our luggage & helping with directions.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
