Pros:

Las vistas son excepcionales, y la habitación grande con una cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La ducha no tiene plato, es directamente el suelo del baño, y es difícil no hacer un estropicio con el agua en el suelo.

Très bien mais dommage que l’accueil et le service au front desk soit si mauvais
Pros:

La chambre était jolie, mais un peu petite. La situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Les femmes de ménage sont très serviables. Les gardiens, les valets et les concierges etaient exceptionnels. Merci à Bryce qui a été particulièrement gentil avec nous !

Cons:

Les filles de l’accueil ne sont pas souriante. Je leur ai posé plusieurs questions simples auxquelles elles n’ont pas été capables de répondre. Elles m’ont même donné de fausses informations concernant le parking par exemple. Elles se sont trompés 3 fois sur le prix pour la nuit et ne savaient même pas que nous avions le droit à une réduction avec un QR code. C’est le concierge qui nous l’a transmis!

Clean and a great location

Cons:

Some noise can be heard while in a room because of bad window isolation, even if you live in upper floors. Also I was really dissapointed pf how strict and unflexible everyone is. No coming in earlier, no coming pur later, very comercialized

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The renovations are beautiful. I was there a few years ago and I remember thinking how nice some renovations would be. Well, they did a great job with the upgrades. I will definitely stay there when I return to NYC.

Cons:

It took too long to inform me of my Grubhub delivery. The staff at the entrance knew it had arrived and knew I was waiting but I had to ask for it twice. I wonder if they planned to eat it.
