Nearly perfect stay, again!
Pros:

This review is updated for staying here again. It is our favorite hotel in NYC because of how easy it is to get on any subway line within a few minutes walk.

Pros:
Great location, any subway you need is within a block
Entrance from 34th OR 35th, this works great with subway travel.
Will bring luggage to your room if you're not there when room is ready
Great sized rooms (we had an upgrade I think?)
Good shower pressure
Bed was comfortable
Room is cold and stays cold (apparently hard to find in NYC)
Housekeeping great, made the bed with the pillows we brought some days!
Window opens in room!
Free breakfast and snacks in lounge for Marriott Elite

Cons:
Was told there was no way to warm up leftovers in hotel, but has a fridge so kinda weird no way to heat
Shower temperature takes some time to warm up
Elevator has long waits, plan a cushion of 15 minutes
Despite getting on the elevator first to go up multiple times, it was normal for it to bounce downstairs, pick guests and staff (from the staff floor) and drop them off before us. This was frustrating.
Front desk forgot about us completely and we had to physically go to the desk an hour after check-in time to get a key

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Location is very central and super accessible. The room was clean and beds extremely comfortable! Staff is great and willing to help with any questions or requests. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Cons:

We were facing Madison square garden during playoffs so it was pretty noisy at night. We didn’t mind as we were very tired after long days out but could be a problem if you’re more sensitive.

Pros:

Hotel que no se ajusta a 4 estrellas, no me parece cómodo, el lugar, si bien es central, muy sucio sus alrededores. No lo recomiendo hay otros hoteles mejores

Cons:

Su ingreso, es por el 6 piso, el lugar de acceso sucio, personal poco empatico.
Carta de desayuno deficiente y no pensando en los extranjeros.
En la noche si quieres pedir un te con tostadas, no hay disponibilidad de pan, solo comida típica de norteamericano y tu lo que necesites es esto porque estás mal del estómago, nada, atención malisima
