Great location
Pros:

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The location was great.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1) There weren’t many choices for breakfast (especially for the children). We had to wait for our order for 20-25 minutes. That was unjustified taking into account that it was early and there were only 4 clients in the restaurant. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel again.
2) The cleaning staff should be more careful since on the fourth day we found some stains in the newly changed bed sheets and a bathroom towel.

Great hotel with superb location and skyline views
Pros:

Superb location, 2 minutes walking from Penn Station, which will take you pretty much everywhere you need in New York City (including JFK Airport, via LIRR). You can also easily walk (10-15m) to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, etc. A better location in Midtown Manhattan can hardly be conceived.
The room - a King Room with Skyline View on the 34th floor - was large, cozy and well-furnished. The view was spectacular and very much worth the extra cost.
The Versa restaurant was also quite good, especially for breakfast.

Cons:

No one bothered to explain the - at first confusing - elevator system on check-in.
Some of the staff were quite nice and attentive; some were just doing the bare minimum. There is certainly room to improve on that front.

Мы останавливались здесь впервые, во время нашей первой поездки в Нью-Йорк, и остались очень довольны. Прекрасное расположение — всё рядом: рестораны, достопримечательности, транспорт. Номер был чистым, уютным и очень комфортным. Отдельное удовольствие — потрясающий вид из окна на город, особенно вечером!
Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова.

Мы выбрали вроде большой номер, но с чемоданами было тесновато.
