The location of the hotel is excellent, staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and well organized.

The breakfast wasn't great in the hotel restaurant. The offer was decent, though the taste wasn't there.

I will never return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

That a brand new sweatshirt from Aritzia was taken from my room and the manager did absolutely nothing to help me out. They have video of me carrying the bag into the hotel. My family saw the bag on the floor in the room. Then day of check out it was no where to be found!!! Manager was not helpful. Treated me like I was the problem. Terrible way to treat a customer. I would never claim to have a missing bag if it were not true. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid around $3600 for 4 nights accommodations. The sweatshirt was $78. The manager offered me 0 compensation. He was more worried about his staff vs his customer. Terrible experience.
