This hotel is out standing, Every member of staff i came in contact with acted like Ambassadors for the Hotel. Theyre all so professional and trained to the highest standard. Im back in Pattaya in December and i will be booking this hotel again. The room is 5 star standard! The breakfasts 5 star standard. Loads of small restaurants and street foid very close by and two 7 Eleven shops, you couldnt ask for more. We orderd room service my partner had a Thai dish and she said it was so good. I ordered Burger and chips and i was impressed' it was as good as id get back home. Were looking forward to going back in December

Excellent Stay at Aster Hotel!
I had a wonderful stay at Aster Hotel and would highly recommend it.
The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly throughout my visit.
A special shout-out to Momo at reception who was absolutely lovely and made the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food to start the day.
Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic team. I'll definitely be back!

Extremely Friendly and Clean
Pros:

Aster and Arden are the best hotels in Pattaya. The service service and staff at both of these properties are extremely stellar and the breakfast is plenty full and exquisite. These are the only hotels I utilize in patio and will always keep coming here.

Overall clean property. 13 min walk from the beach but tucked away so not the easiest walk. Great staff but resturant made me sick and the pool has limited space.

Always choose this hotel as my preferred choice. Staff are friendly, cleaners do a good job, good location. Not much of a view but no big deal for me. Home from home, I'll be back again.

Diamond in the rough.
Pros:

Bed mattresses were comfortable, rooms were a nice size and cleaned adequately daily up to 5 Pm. There was a restaurant on property with room service. It was off the main road but for the price and things I mentioned earlier it was still well worth it.

Very comfortable hotel and room. The service from the staff was amazing.
The ladies at reception were beautiful and so helpful. Only booked one night but stayed an extra night due to their hospitality. A little bit of a walk to the beach and main streets but worth it.

Nice hotel just off the main road, can walk to central festival in 10 minutes, there is also a free shuttle service,
Rooms are clean and staff are always happy to help.
The gym is a little small but got most things you might need for a quick workout, pool is night to relax in,
Overall i would definitely stay at the aster hotel again

Great service from all the staff in this hotel. Room is spacious. Washing machine definitely a bonus. Stay 7 nights . Very happy and definite will recommend to others.
