Pros:

Beautiful property with large rooms and welcoming staff

Cons:

Slightly away from the key areas, but only a short walk away. As a positive, this meant the hotel was very quiet.

Super place for short and long term stays in Central Pattaya
Pros:

Originally I booked for a month. In the end I extended my stay. The staff in combination with the good substance of the hotel made it a super nice experience. Genuinely friendly and hospitable staff (from recepcion to housekeeping to restaurant service and kitchen) plus all amenities (two 7/11, barber, restaurants in- and outside the hotel) in good decent quality in close proximinity of the hotel made it difficult to get back into a "self serving" life :))

Cons:

Once in a while the roads around the hotel can be quite noisy from traffic. Also the pool is rather small.

Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Frühstück würde mit Mittel bis Gut bewerten. Rezeption nicht hilfsbereit. Waren nicht in der Lage ein Taxi nach Bangkok zu organisieren.

Amazing apart from him
Pros:

Nice and clean with everything I needed

Cons:

The man on reception on night shift with glasses was very rude and got angry, went red in the face and shouting, trying to speak to me like a child. Everything els was great.

きれいな部屋、素敵なスタッフ
Pros:

新しい建物でとてもきれい。スタッフが非常に親切で、気持ちがいい。特にMuay、Puk、Lekの3人は丁寧に対応してくれた。ビーチまで少し距離があるが、むしろソイブッカオの150Bマッサージがひしめき合うエリアや、Big Cなどが徒歩圏内で過ごしやすい。朝食もおいしくいただいた。

Cons:

シャワーの温度が周期的に変化するので、もう少し安定すると使いやすい

Great accomodation with friendly staff Muay and Lek. Special thanks to Kim who was always smiling.
Pros:

Room cleanliness was excellent and all in new or nearly new condition.

Cons:

Location is a little out of the way from the beach but that being said not a big issue to either walk or use a taxi
