Pros:

It was our second stay in the hotel, and we rate it as great for summertime( we haven't visited during winter time) with very good location, comfortable and clean bed, and beddings.

Excellent hotel with 5 star service.
Pros:

Well maintained to high standard.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
In general we received 5 star service at hotel.
Nice outdoor pool and good SPA facilities

Cons:

Massages are not great- needs big improvement as the price is relatively high.
Restaurant is a bit on pricier side-though service is excellent.

Pros:

Чисти и удобни стаи, богата закуска, приятни СПА и басейни с достатъчно места около басейна. Локацията е много удобна, на метри от централната пешеходна улица.
Персоналът ни предостави и ъпгрейд на стаята с изглед към планината.

Cons:

Графикът за почистване на стаите често съвпадаше с нашето желание да останем вътре.
Едната вечер в стаята влизаше много дим и миризми от скарата на ресторанта на приземния етаж.

Excellent and comfy experience
Pros:

Really awesome experience here! I wasn't expecting this kind of service, from the very first start when we came. Really appreciate the staff service, very pleasant. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the spa facilities are all good too, although I would recommend renovating the sauna's part as it seems outdated, but overall really happy how many options you have. Breakfast is awesome! A lot of food choices! We are definitely going to come back :)

Only the sauna space feels outdated and like it's not working properly, but everything else was just perfect.
