Great place to stay in Bansko
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, nice modern rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed the spa and the swimming pool. The best breakfast during our trip. Highly recommended and next time we will stay longer. We loved the turtles.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and cozy with great location.

Cons:

The fact that the most of the personnel are foreigners and we needed to communicate with them in English in our own country which was difficult for some family members - children and older people who do not necessarily speak English.

Pros:

Îmi place foarte mult acest hotel de la pozitionarea lui pana la facilitatile care ti le oferă .Ma întorc în fiecare an în acest loc cu multa nerabdare și observ ca nu au scăzut standardele. Sper sa rămână în Topul celor mai bune hoteluri din Bansko.

Nu am nimic sa spun în aceasta privința.

Pros:

It is a really nice hotel, we were with a group of friends with children and the children loved it - there is lots of space in the hotel, gardens and around the pool for them. We had a garden barbecue on Saturday and it was lovely. The food at the hotel was also good, the facilities are great and we had fantastic time.

Cons:

The only thing was the working hours of the lobby bar - you can’t get coffee in the morning - we had to chase someone from the breakfast restaurant to come down and make us espressos. Also, it works until 10 in the evening, which is a bit early for a big hotel.

Bun pentru 1-2 zile. Pentru perioade mai lungi nu este diversificat.

Cons:

Camere mici dar confortabile. Pentru perioada de iarna mi se pare destul de greu de acomodat toate bagajele.
