I wish i could have extended my stay
Pros:

It’s super modern, clean and in the best location. Right opposite there is the old town & its 5 mins walk from gondola.

We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
Pros:

Everything was perfect: friendly&attentive staff, modern&clean room and very tasty dinner.

Cons:

The only disadvantage is that parking costs an additional €15, but we were informed about it before our arrival, so we were prepared.

Pros:

Everything very good. The personnel very helpful. Always there to help you with everything you might need.

Cons:

the spa area was always full of people and noisy but this hasn't to do something with the hotel. We just don't enjoy the crowds.

Hotel nice, staff friendly, rooms uncomfortable and very small.

friendly staff, nice pool and spa

Cons:

Gym is very basic, room was very small, bathroom couldn't fit more then one person standing, and you'd have to squiz to close the door. never seen such a small bathroom. twin bed with height difference between mattresses, meaning the middle of t he bed is a no go zone. Transfer to gondola didn't follow schedule.

It was my first time. I usually go to Kempinsky. It was an OK stay, but nothing memorable.
Pros:

Location is good, the lobby is pleasant with nice performances in the evenings. The spa is OK, but a bit crowded. The ski room is well laid out with easy access.

Cons:

The staff did not have the kind of local knowledge I would expect from Sheraton staff. the lady selling ski passes was unable to advise regarding walking trails and advised us to google it. When the ski lifts were closed due to wind - I would expect some local knowledge and maps.
The breakfast was OK but a lot behind Kempinsky in quality. I appreciate Kempinsky is at a different price point, but Four Points was more like a Travel lodge breakfast experience in terms of food and ambience of the facility.
Out door pool was closed - which was irritating, as hot out door pool was advertised.
