Pros:

The location is super great! Litteraly a few minutes from Bansko main street and the Ski lift station.
The food, especially the super, is on a next level, congratulations to the Chef and his Team.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pillows were too high and uncomfortable to me.

Pros:

Am primit o camera cu vedere superba la munte, hotelul este aerisit si aproape de zonele de interes, personalul de la restaurant foarte atent la orice detaliu. Chiar daca mancarea la cina nu a fost foarte variata, gustul a fost foarte bun la fiecare preparat.

Cons:

Informatiile pentru shuttle bus au fost inexistente la check-in, a trebuit sa ne intoarcem la hotel pe jos imbracati cu echipamentul de schi, dupa 40 de minute de asteptat, deoarece nu am stiu ca microbuzull ne va prelua din alta parte iar baiatul de la receptie nu a stiut suficienta engleza sa ne ofere telefonic informatiile corecte. Avand in vedere costul parcarii, ma asteptam ca macar bariera sa fie functionala daca post de paza nu exista special pentru parcare.

Cons:

The staff’s level of English was not very good and there seemed to be a lack of information or communication when we asked questions. In addition, we experienced an issue with a payment at the restaurant. After our meal on 8 February, an extra €100 was mistakenly charged to our credit card. We were told that the amount would be refunded within 10 days, but the refund has still not appeared on our credit card statement. This situation was quite disappointing and we expected a quicker resolution.
