Прекрасно място за скиори
Pros:

Топ локация в сърцето на Банско. Има осигурен платен паркинг. Богата и добра закуска като за скиори. Прилично спа. има външно джакузи с гледка към планината.

Чудесен хотел
Pros:

Местоположението е отлично, в близост си има всичко, включително и хубави ресторанти и механи. Закуската беше разнообразна, предлагат се и безглутенови закуски при запитване.

Cons:

Водата в закрития басейн не беше много топла, а постоянното отваряне на вратата навяваше студен полъх. Може да се помисли за климатизиране и на съседното помещение, за да не е толкова фрапантно.

Pros:

Като цяло престоят ни беше добър - стаята - чиста, персонала - доста услужлив. Нямаше много гости и около басейна беше спокойно

Cons:

Но!
В закуската имаше доста полуфабрикати, в СПА центъра работеше само една сауна, което за мен беше недопустимо! За децата ни нямаше детски халати.

Good experience and perfect conditions for skiing
Pros:

Location was good with decent facilities, breakfast was good with decent choices, staff were polite and helpful at all times, free shuttle to the gondola that was very handy !

Cons:

The spa closed at 8pm which i thought was to early especially as the hot tub was small and always people waiting to get on it even though it wasn’t a peak season so i can imagine it’ll be quite difficult to get on it during busy periods!

Excellent stay and great vacation
Pros:

Very well managed hotel & facilities, well trained, polite and helpful staff, including the foreign workers, great services offered, top location.
