Pros:

The staff was nice and understanding

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the shower floor was slippery when wet. The room next door was loud and fighting all night and when I tried to call the phone didn’t work I ended up leaving because the loud people in the next rooms also the rooms were not clean or beds not made no clean towels. Trash all over area. The hours for breakfast was terrible. I always stayed at best western and my family also best western costumers. Very disappointed will not stay there because when I complain they did nothing to help me. So I lost my money for the second day

Not the best
Pros:

I honestly didn't like this hotel, it was not as advertised.

Cons:

I had to change rooms and wanted to switch again but decided to stay put. The hotel was not very clean, the staff was mediocre, the location was awful as it was right next to an expressway.

Not a very reputable area, with suspicious cars coming and going.

Next to cal expo

Cons:

Very dirty and people smoke in front of the rooms so it smells cigarette inside the rooms. Very dirty (slugs , spiders webs everywhere around the AC. No hot water for the shower.

Good Stay in Sacramento
Pros:

I enjoyed most of the property's features and amenities. It is located 3 to 5 minutes from Downtown and Midtown Sacramento. Plus, the location allows you easy access to the freeway for day trips. I loved the generous breakfast and spacious rooms. It is one of the cleanest hotel rooms (and bathrooms) I have stayed in for the price point.

Cons:

There are a lot of people in the breakfast room each morning. You may not find space to sit down. It takes staff time to replenish the food, and the availability of certain things can be low. Also, some of the breakfasts can be dirty, and there isn't enough staff to handle those details.
