Clean room, comfortable bed, & great breakfast!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was horrible
We captured a bed bug crawling on the bed. The front desk lady was not helpful and fairly rude about it. She said they would have to call an exterminator to verify it was a bedbug before refunding us or moving rooms. Our room was almost 1300 for the weekend. There was a broken meth pipe in the grass outside our room. We brought breakfast back into our room and set it down and a cockroach instantly ran onto the plate. We had to fill out a request form for clean towels and wait hours to get them for a four day stay. When the housekeeper came to the room she made us trade her for the dirty towels. There were cigarette burns on the heater and the blanket. It has been 4 days since our stay and we are still dealing with bedbug bites and cleaning our belongings to prevent the spread of bedbugs. Absolutely horrible hotel. Do not stay there! Anyone who was there for aftershock weekend watch out for bedbugs!

Our room was so dirty, that they moved us to another room that was bad.

It is the best inn made
Didn't have breakfast (ran out of time). Will try it next time. Best Westerm breakfasts are general good -- it's my favorite chain hotel.
Main issue (as this was my first time there) was that I drove all over the place -- as it started getting dark -- to find my room. If the staff had given me some instructions (or a map), it would have saved me 20 minutes.
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when I arrived. I arrived on Sunday, October 4th, around 10 a.m. I couldn't get an early check inn , but they took my bags so I could have them brought up when I checked in later that evening.
The person who checked me in that night was not at all friendly; without much explanation, they told me I had to leave a $100 deposit—something that hadn't been mentioned anywhere when I made my reservation. I questioned it, but was told that was simply the rule and I had to pay it to check in; no further explanation was given, other than that I would be refunded if everything was in order. I paid it without issue, but I felt like I was being snapped at by this person. I also mentioned that my bags were there; they told me to go around to the back of the reception area. Because they were speaking so fast and just wanted to get rid of me to attend to other customers, they simply said, "go in the back." I thought I would be getting my bags there, but the area was closed. When I returned to the front desk and showed my luggage claim ticket, they said, "Oh, I didn't remember your bags," and handed them over rudely; only then was I finally able to go to my room with my belongings.

Location was not walking distance to ammenities , breakfast started at 7:00 not 6:00
