As someone who travels to Myanmar every week for business and has stayed in a multitude of hotels, I have to say this place is one of the most disappointing. Its not the smell of urine when you walk into the lobby, the dirty room, the face that the website is totally misleading, or the fact that they overcharged me, or having to argue for 30 mins to convince them to lend me an iron (which promptly burned a hole in my shirt). Rather its the fact that they charged me $65 for the privilege.

Ive stayed in cheaper hotels that lived up to expectation and much more expensive where you get what you pay for, but nothing is worse than poor budget hotel pretending to be a decent one.

If I hadn't have been dog tired when I checked in at 10pm (and having to be up again at 4am for a flight) then id have checked out and gone to the Savoy.

The overall hotel outlook was not impress, the breakfast restaurant was really packed, food was not too bad but was not good either, there are lot of not real food on displayed, made people confused. Food items was very limited and very little choice of food. However the staff and the service was really most impressed me, they were friendly, helpful, and really care. I first was about to stay only 1st night, which there were not much choice of a good hotel, then I realised that the people here were really good, caring, and do their best.

A pleasant enough place to stay, breakfast adequate, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are ok, but the windows can be prone to leak water during heavy rains. Also the low frequency vibration from the busy nearby nightclub can be disturbing until early morning, mostly at weekends. Location is ok, not so far from the airport and close to Myanmar plaza shopping mall and Inya lake. A few good restaurants in walking distance also.

It was excellent. From the start they were waiting to pick me up at the airport and take me to the hotel. Breakfast was outrageous with so many choices. I'll go next time go.

是一個安靜的飯店, 離燕子湖不遠, 週圍車子不多, 飯店正面2樓以上應可看到一個小湖景, 旁邊有好幾家非常好的餐廳, 非常方便

Very satisfy with this hotel. Staffs are nice, hotel is clean, food is good. Convenient to travel.

Decent hotel for the price. Food nearby makes this my top choice. 24h local cuisine. Fantastic Indian food opposite.

We checked in very late that night and front desk staff very polite and helpful before we check out next morning we had breakfast it was perfect have everything we need it.

A great little Hotel. Only stayed for few days, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Harry, Rose and snow. Lots of restaurants around the area and easy to get to places by taxi.
Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is very good: staff and rooms are excellent - just problem with noise because there is a small warehouse behind it. All night you hear reversing (BEEP< BEEP< BEEP) and giant rolls of 1 tonne paper being dropped on the ground (Ka- BOOM). The noise starts at 2am! BEEP BEEP BEEP KA-BOOM BEEP BEEP BEEP kA_BOOM BEEP BEEP BEEP - ALL NIGHT, its 8.30am now and its still going! Good luck sleeping - ear plugs necessary. Its not the hotels fault.

The hotel is small and out of the main area but it is charming and welcoming. The staff were lovely and helpful and the room was clean and that's all I needed for a 2 night business trip. If I have to point anything out, it's that the gym is SMALL. It is literally a converted hotel bedroom with about 4 pieces of equipment and a mirror. The treadmill doesn't change speed so in the end I gave up but other than that the hotel is fine. I wouldn't recommend for a longer trip but for a few days it's fine. I wouldn't return purely because it does have a lack of facilities in comparison to major hotel chains and it is out of the city centre but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely.

The hotel is ok, the ratio quality/price is ok. The room are clean, good looking. It is very close to a disco club and several good restaurant. Not far from the airport (but watch out that during rush hours you could take 1 hour to get to the airport) and not far from the city centr. You find a lot of taxi directly in the street of the hotel.

Its a rather modest hotel from the outside, facing a small lake. Inside its quite new and everything works well. There is a bedside light and thats great for me. Aircon is quiet and hot water easy to use. The buffet breakfast is one of the better ones I have had with good bread, coffee machine and a variety of food and fruits. The staff is attentive, helpful and speak good English. Even provides you with umbrella service during current rainy period. So I am quite happy with this hotel and won't mind staying here next time. The BBQ "restaurant" at the corner of the main road and road to hotel is good value for money if you don't want to go to the other restaurants.

Excellent comfortable hotel in a nice quite neighbourhood around a 15 min walk from the lake and new shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, a nice variety of things, although the omelette chef needs a bit of training :) but nevertheless a comfortable and easy to reach hotel front the airport.

A nice hotel. Fairly close to a main shopping centre in Yangon with nice walks around the lake to be had.

Clean , extra care service , very good location and perfect breakfast.so many restaurants are near hotel ,and also good night club, french Restaurant and beside of hotel very new restaurant in grill Menu.
