restaurant closes at 9. No dinner after. Other staff were not good.

Pros:

The hotel is fine and the large swimming pool is wonderful,. It remains open until late and it is not too crowded. Not too centrally located but with good public transport connections.

Cons:

My only disappointment is that the hotel took a long time to answer my messages prior to arrival. Also, I would have loved to have a fridge in the room, or a microwave in the common area. Breakfast is offered in a different ballroom every morning...

Comfortable accommodation in the south of Bishkek
Pros:

Despite being outside the centre, the hotel is well-situated in the southern part of the city within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I really was impressed with the staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a very odd situation with the room cleaning staff - every day something wasn't quite right or missing. On two days I had to call down for towels, another day the tea/coffee wasn't replaced, one day I returned to find the cleaner's rubber gloves in the bathroom... there was no consistency. Slightly annoying, but nothing that wasn't put right immediately when I rang reception.

Pros:

I liked room, it was spacious, nice view, good bed, breakfast was good, swimming pool is good

Cons:

Some small things were average: like stain on furniture, plastic slippers, smell in changing room, damaged bath handles, empty minibar, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to hotel staff!

Pros:

Otel temiz, personel ve şefleri gayet ilgili, müşteri ilişkilerinde güleryüzlü ve kibar. İş seyahatinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı eksiksiz karşılayabileceğiniz bir otel. Spa ve havuz tesislerini bizzat deneme şansım olmadı ama onlar da tertipli görünüyordu. Sorun aramak için çok fazla yüksek beklentilerde olmak lazım.
