Una estancia muy agradable y cómoda
Pros:

Lo mejor el personal, siempre pendientes de cubrir cualquier necesidad. La habitación estupenda, así como el jardín y la piscina. Tienen muchos pequeños detalles que te facilitan mucho las cosas.

Schöne Unterkunft in Top Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber super sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und vielfältig. Lunchpaket, bei früher Abreise. Personal super freundlich und kompetent. Wasser kann aufgefüllt werden. Garten mit einem kleinen Pool.

Estadia no coração do povoado de São Pedro do Atacama
Pros:

A simpatia e a atenção dos funcionários. O café da manhã é bom e tem alguma variedade ao longo dos dias. O hotel também oferece boxes de café da manhã para seus hóspedes levarem nos passeios que começam muito cedo, mas isto precisa ser solicitado no dia anterior para que eles possam se programar (nada mais justo!). A localização do hotel é excelente - pertíssimo da rua mais famosa do povoado (no caso, a rua Caracoles).

Cons:

O quarto e o banheiro são pequenos. As malas precisam ser deixadas no chão e acabam atrapalhando a movimentação.

Hotel de charme, confortable. Chambres simples mais agréables. Petit-dejeuner tout à fait remarquable pour l'hôtellerie chilienne.

A localização é excelente. Funcionários educados e com disposição a ajudar.

Cons:

Durante a limpeza do quarto, as funcionárias tem o costume de mexer e trocar de lugar ítens pessoais. Os funcionários são ótimos, a limpeza sempre bem feita. Mas achei desnecessário mexer em meus pertences, tirar de onde coloquei e dispor em outro local. Por várias vezes deixei algum ítem em determinado local e na hora de pegar, não estava lá, então fiquei procurando até o encontrar em outro local, onde talvez a camareira "achou" que estivesse melhor. É uma arrumação um pouco invasiva. Talvez seja cultura do local, pois nunca passei por isso em outros hotéis, que arrumam e limpam o quarto, mas deixa os itens pessoais, onde o hóspede deixou. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Ci avevano assegnato la camera n.13 che non volevamo perché avevo letto essere molto rumorosa. Subito ci hanno detto che non era possibile avere un'altra camera poi ,dopo nostra insistenza, ci hanno assegnato un'altra camera e comunque abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera ogni notte per 3 notti tra cui una notte nella camera 13 che oltretutto perdeva acqua dal lavandino.
