Exceptional Stay
Pros:

The common area was really nice to relax and wait for tours. The breakfast was exceptional. Everything was kept spotless. They even had a fan.

Terrible stay and experience- suggest stay somewhere else for less ciost!

Walking distance frommaim street

Cons:

Checkin staff member allowed a Spanish speaking guest to interrupt my checkin...he started talking to her as I was checking in. A well trained staff would ask her to wait til he fisished with me.

Door to our room could not be closed properly so door could not be locked. Had to take our valuables with us when we went out. As I was staying only one night, did not bother complaining!

For the high price they were charging for the room, there was, no chair in room to sit on, no air conditioning but only a fan. No complimentary watter or kettle. No TV. and bathroom very small so whole bathroom got wet when having a showeer!.

Room was also very noisy from surrounding music etc...but I guess it was a Saturday night

We got a breakfast box as we checked out at 4am...was given a verz old orange omongst the items.

Suggest you stay elsewhere for less ciost!!

Overall a nice stay
Pros:

First, the manager is exceptionally nice and helpful person. All people working in the kitchen and cleaning are very helpful. The location is perfect for people who prefer to stay in the center. WiFi works well, the hotel is very clean, breakfast is good. I also tasted delicious truffles there.

Cons:

Rooms are small and uncomfortable.

Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist, a complete contrast to everyone else working there. He was out of place.

Great comfortable stay, would return.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, wide range of options, egg station and fresh fruit.
Extremely comfortable stay, lovely area to chill in the afternoons.
Best part was how kind and helpful the staff were, letting us check in early and preparing us a lunch when we went on an early tour. Thank you to Roberto who went out of his way to get us ice and the staff that gave us the towels for when we went to the hot springs without us even asking!

Pros:

O hotel é bastante aconchegante, com lindas decorações. Pelo que percebemos, tem uma quantidade menor de quartos, e o hotel também reforçava a necessidade de silêncio, então foi uma estadia bastante agradável e relaxante. Café da manhã bem servido. Há alguns filtros de água onde se pode encher copos e garrafas para levar nos passeios. Muito perto do centrinho e da rua Caracoles, principal de San Pedro.

Cons:

Nenhuma reclamação. Apenas poderia ter uma pequena geladeira no quarto. (li que havia em outros, mas no nosso não havia)

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location in San Pedro minutes away from restaurants, bars, tour agencies. Breakfast buffet style and lots of choice.

Pros:

Love this hotel! The location is perfect for getting around town, and it's only a 5 minutes walk from that cute white church. While the communal space isn't huge, it’s well-designed with plenty of cozy spots to relax. Our room was clean and the entire staff was friendly. We actually arrived a day late, but they were incredibly accommodating and left out some breakfast for our late arrival. Highly recommend!
