Pros:

O Hotel é muito aconchegante, limpo. Os ambientes são todos climatizados. Todos os funcionários foram muito queridos. O café da manhã é espetacular. E a localização não podia ser melhor. Fácil acesso e perto da rua principal do centro para turismo.

Pros:

El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. La atención del personal es excelente y la ubicación muy céntrica y cerca de todo.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco pequeña. Tiene un espacio limitado para dejar las maletas. Si vas por pocos días está bien, pero me pareció incómoda en ese aspecto.

Excelente opção, perto de tudo
Pros:

Pousada muito boa em tudo: serviço, cafe da manha delicioso e muito completo, limpeza, além de ter um ambiente externo muito agradável. Quarto um pouco pequeno, mas pelo que sei, o tamanho está na média dos quartos dos demais hotéis.
Pagamos um pouco mais caro porque fomos em alta temporada.

Cons:

Não ter restaurante para refeições a noite. Chegamos muito cansados dos passeios e facilitaria bastante.
Se tivéssemos reservado com mais antecedencia poderiamos ficar em um hotel com restaurante ou ter pago um valor menor por essa pousada.

Local ideal para família e casais que querem um local bem localizado, organizado e limpo.

Espaço do quarto para família é muito espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom e todos funcionários muito atenciosos. Local limpo e organizado!

Não gostei da porta do banheiro que não fecha, pois estava pegando no portal. Porém sempre ficava encostada. Somente

Pas e tranquilidade no centro de San Pedro

Localização perfeita, a 1 quadra da Caracoles. O jardim e a área comum com café, chá e água disponíveis 24h. Café da manhã gostoso e variado.

Cons:

Única reclamação é que no dia do checkout, comp sairíamos muito cedo, solicitamos o café da manhã para levar. Entretanto, na hora que saímos não havia ninguém na recepção para nos alcançar o pacote. Vimos que estava tudo pronto, mas em um local inacessível. Sugestão: deixar os cafés da manhã para levar em um local que o próprio hóspede possa pegar, sem depender de recepcionista.

Great location but not a great experience

The breakfast and location

Cons:

The room location - right by reception and the entrance which made our stay not great as we couldn’t sleep due to the noise.
Pool not working - we paid extra to get accommodation with a pool to enjoy but during the 3 days we were at Jardin the pool was out of order.
Temperature of the room - the room was unbearably cold at night, we asked the staff for a heater but there were none available

Pésimo, no recomendable

Nada, todo mal

Cons:

Llegue al hotel y en ese momento me indicaron que no tenían calefacción, siendo que ese problema lo tenían hace varios días.
No tuvieron ninguna intención de indicar antes ese problema, lo que hubiera permitido buscar otro alojamiento con tranquilidad en San Pedro de Atacama.
Por otro lado se complicaron mucho para poder reembolsar la totalidad pagada.
