Pros:

Minden szuper volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. 14:00-tól van a check-in, de simán fogadtak hamarabb, amikor megérkeztünk 10:00 körül.
Az ételválaszték megfelelő, reggel 7:30-tól este 21:00-ig szinte folyamatosan volt valamilyen étkezési lehetőség. Mindenféle ital korlátlanul fogyasztható, alkoholos italok és különböző koktélok is vannak nagy számban, és ezen felül finom is volt minden étel és ital. Először voltunk itt, de valószínűleg visszatérünk még.

Cons:

Egyetlen egy dolgot hiányoltunk, a szobában nem volt hajszárító, de ez az apróság tényleg elvész a sok pozitív dolog közt, amit itt tapasztaltunk.

Atrakcyjna cena, dobra lokalizacja, 3 baseny w tym jeden podgrzewany. Obsługa w restauracji i barze bardzo sprawna.

Cons:

Jedzenie całkiem ok ale na dłuższy pobyt zaczęło być monotonne, napoje i drinki słabej jakości. W miarę pijalne jedynie piwo i wino. Prysznic w łazience w części 3 gwiazdkowej bardzo niewygodny ale zgodny z opisem.

Отримали приємний апгрейд- з 3-х зірок в 4-х зірковий Riva Park. Просторий світлий номер - високі стелі, великий санвузол, щоденне прибирання з заміною рушників. Окрема подяка команді на рецепції за уважність та щирість!

Pros:

Mi a plăcut tot ,personalul amabil,mâncarea bună,diversificata,locația excelenta,curățenie în camera în fiecare zi,schimbat prosoape și lenjerie.

Cons:

Singurul lucru care mi a displăcut a fost acela ca accesul la poarta din spate,este pe baza de cartela, iar aceasta se obține contra cost,ceea ce nu mi se pare ok.

Все чудово 🤩
Pros:

Смачна їжа, приємний персонал. Завжди допомагають при потребі.
І що дуже класно змінюються в кращу сторону.
В минулому році звернули увагу на певну ситуацію, про що їм не було сказано і не просили щось змінити, а в цьому році вже були зміни до яких вони прийшли самі. Це дуже круто , коли персонал та власники стараються йти до кращого ! Успіхів вам! Тільки вперед до кращого!

The front desk and the staff are super reliable. They don't smile much, but they work hard and fast. The hotel had cleaners in the room every day. It was pretty clean. The bed was comfy.

The pools were very clean, and the guests were pretty chill. Everyone kept to themselves.

It's a 7-minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

The food selection was diverse, though perhaps not exceptional. The meat dishes featured some unusual or regional condiments, which were quite potent. It might be beneficial to review the coffee and soft drinks.

We were pleased to find parking available within the hotel, which was a great convenience, although the cost was 20 BGN per day.

Frumos dar are și anumite probleme
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut că este curat și ai multe facilități.

Cons:

Internetul de la ei este “varză”. Un internet mai prost nu se putea. Nu am avut semnal deloc.
Mâncarea nu este așa diversificată și nu mi-a plăcut mai deloc.
