Stuff very kind and friendly always smiling
We felt like we re at home .
Price is amazing affordable due to we afraid because cheap but totally was good

Staff was very helpful and always smiling, room clean, more than value of money also location is amazing , grandbazar 10 minutes by walk, hagıa Sofia, blue mosque, tookapı palace all nearby, metro tramvay also very close to hotel

Cons:

Everything,it smell bad and dirty,everything was broken,showerhead was broken,water everywere,toilet dirty,you cannot wash even hands in sink( too small) window that doesnt close with view ( 30cm from window) big wall,no light in room at all.Broken handle and lock also..Disaster of hotel

My stay at the hotel was good. My family and I will definitely visit again and lodge in the same hot
Pros:

Location is great just about 10 to 12 minutes to the city centre. I love the market surrounding and people.

Cons:

I like everything about the hotel and staffs . I will gladly recommend.

Pros:

The location was fantastic! It was conveniently close to historical sites and public transportation. The hotel manager and staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I needed accommodations for our first day due to a flight delay, and they were very helpful, assuring me that everything would be taken care of.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in

I did not like anything

Cons:

Reception did not speak English. Was put on the 6th floor and lift not working and I am disabled. No lights on the narrow, step stairs so pitch black. All the hotel fire doors were propped open with furniture. The room was only just wide enough to fit a small double bed. Tpilet not clena and had been used. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I left a review before and then property whats app me asking to take it down as hisbboss will sake him and he will refund, gave me a big sob story. Seems to have been all lies. Avoid

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Es muy central, caminando puedes llegar a la mezquita azul, a la mezquita Santa Sofía, Basílica Cisterna, Palacio de Topkapi en menos de 20 minutos… todo es súper cerca menos el aeropuerto de Sabiha, aunque ten en cuenta que solo harás este recorrido cuando llegues y cuando te vayas de Estambul. La atención de un trabajador ruso fue estupenda, nos orientó mucho y se tomó el trabajo de traducirnos todo !

Cons:

Solo el ascensor, es muy pequeño.

La atención muy amable. Nos cambiaron de habitación cuando lo solicitamos, por una mas amplia y sin costo.

Cons:

El hotel es muy pequeño, habitaciones un poco incómodas para dos. Se recomienda para estancias individuales.

The receptionist is great, the communication before arrival is great and the price is very affordable but it’s not clean

Cons:

Rooms are very small, bed is short and there is no space in the room for two people, for one it would be fine but not for two grown adults. The strange, bad smell is in the bathroom. My hair still has strange smell because of water in the hotel (I know that the quality of water in Türkiye isn’t great but in the March this year I stayed in other hotel and I didn’t have this problem with the hair, also the clothes and everything which was in the room now have strange smell even if we didn’t wear it). We were there 6 nights and they didn’t clean our room not even once. We had to buy toilet paper and there was only one small trash can in the bathroom which was full and never emptied. Also the toilet has really small sink which is hard to use without spilling water everywhere, so we brushed our teeth in the shower cabin…
