Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. Although we booked the cheapest room, they let us move to a much better room , free of extra charge!
The location is good, near all the sights.

It was okay
Pros:

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly. There were different types of shops nearby and good restaurants as well. There was an elevator.

Cons:

We expected small rooms but not that small. The water in the bathroom was burning hot or freezing cold. There was no cold water in the sink, only hot water. There was only one charging socket in the room. It wasn`t the cleanest room I've been to. The beds were short.

Pros:

Dobrá poloha hotelu. Pokoj byl při našem příjezdu uklizen a povlečení bylo čisté.

Cons:

Pokoje jsou mnohem menší než se zdají na fotografiích. Postel je pro průměrného člověka příliš krátká (max 180cm na délku). Nefungující venitátor v koupelně/záchodě očividně již dělší dobu, protože strop v koupelně byl celý pokryt plísní, která se již začala objevovat i na stropě v samotném pokoji. Dveře do koupelny šly otevřít jen za použití velké síly, prkýnko na záchodě uvolněné. Za 4 noci nepřišla ani jednou hotelová služba (žádná výměna ručníků, úklid, doplnění toaletních potřeb- nic), když nám došel toaletní papír, tak jsme si o něj řekli na recepci a pan recepční nám podal půlku rozpoužívaného toaletního papíru..WIFI fungovala nespolehlivě.

Bien ubicada. Instalaciones bien para la hoteleros de Estambul.

El aire acondicionado no andaba , tuve que pedir que me limpien la habitación y lo hicieron , pero por arriba. Faltaba ventilar la habitaciones

It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for affordable and comfortable accommodation.The owners were very good and friendly .

Очень доброжелательный персонал, наши просьбы выполнялись очень быстро, помогли с трансфером в аэропорт. В гостинице есть лифт.
Нам был предоставлен номер с лучшими удобствами, чем было оплачено, более широкая кровать, размер номера тоже больше.
Персонал говорит на русском, английском и турецком языках.
